Pros:

I don’t have anything negative to say. I loved it. Just a recomendation. It would be useful to clear out that the beach is paid extra. Hotel gives 50% discout to the beach club for guests, but still it is an expanse you should know about in advance. The beach entrance is around 900 tl per person. You can not bring your food or drinks. Still I think it is worth the money and hotel discount hepls a lot. The other parts of the beach were dirty. So I was happy we can use the cleanest one for half price:)

We booked the room right before the flight, and I made a mistake and chose the wrong day. The ambassador did this a minute after the booking, and I immediately wrote an email asking for the error to be corrected, but no one responded. I called several times, but no one picked up. After that, we left. Upon arrival, we went to the hotel; it was already nighttime. At the hotel, they told us they wouldn’t make any changes and that we just needed to pay again. Since it was nighttime, we had to pay and stay. Later, we received a letter from Booking stating that the hotel had declined our reservation because there were no available rooms. There definitely were rooms available; we were just accommodated in one of them for an additional fee. As for the hotel, it’s somewhere between a 2 and a 3 — the rooms have a very unpleasant smell, and there’s nothing for breakfast. There’s a beach nearby, but it’s very dirty. Since we had time before our next flight, we went there, but we left right away.

Really modern and clean. Lots of stairs but I didn’t mind it. Beautiful view

Cons:

I was told long swim suit I was wearing is not allowed! It is though long to prevent UV. I wonder about burkini that will be unfortunate for Muslim women. We also found small pieces of fruit on the floor of our room.

La spiaggia non e'accessibile se non a pagamento e non e'pulita ,,non puoi accedere anche solo per fare una passeggiata ti fischiano ti rincorrono e ti fanno uscire ,e'assurdo!! Assolumente non ci ritornero'mai piu!

Pros:

Great location. Best sandy beach in Istanbul proximity.
5 minutes to go down to beach.
2 minutes to bus stop.
We went by bus to Sariyer ferry station and from there through whole of Bosfurus to Istanbul Eminunu. Great views during 1.5 hour trip.
Comfy beds.
Great view from the window.
Stuff were very nice and helpful.
Breakfast (included) was good. In the evening there is an option to eat fresh fish, was quite good.

Nice city beach close by. Sandy, no stones. Small depth for 200m at least - water still breast height.
The beach has paid entrance but seems to be 09-19 hours only. We usually went early morning (7-8) or evening (19:30) and there was none to collect money for our whole stay.

Cons:

LOTS of mosquitos if you dare to open the window during evening or night, no mosquito net.
Lingering smoke smell in the room, there is even an ash tray. Tried to switch rooms, but was told there were no options.
Air con is turned off (by cleaner) when you are away.
Exhaust in the toilet is weak.
