Cons:

Avevamo prenotato una camera per 5 persone, ma c’erano solo 2 letti queen size. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera o una brandina ma nulla di ciò è stato possibile e ci è stato detto che nel letto ci si stava in 3 persone, il che non era propriamente vero. A turno una persona ha dovuto dormire per terra…non il massimo della comodità

My Place Hotel isn't for us.
Pros:

Not returning to this hotel chain. One pays extra for the dog, but they never fill or supply the outdoor doggie bags. Most of staff friendly, but one woman, Lexie, was very rude and snitty at the front desk. We seem to have interrupted her backroom stay, and she reluctantly came out finally with a bad attitude. Toilet was broken and would not flush and no wash rags at all. Management definitely not on top of things here.

Very thin walls and the seating furniture could be better. The last night we smelled marijuana. Supposed to be smoke free. I guess pot isn’t smoking?

Overall satisfied with the stay, nice to have a good fridge in room. Cleanliness was great and room

didn't have the breakfast

Cons:

there was some door locks being changed that caused a bit of an issue when we got back to room. Had to go to the front desk a few times. Also, queen beds are a bit small for us, so King would have been a bit better. I also think for safety cameras in hallways would be a nice addition.
