Pros:

TV was great choosing your own films to watch , easy of access to and from the room .

Cons:

Have better seating and a permanent light on by the smoking. The air con could do with being a bit better cool but not cold .

Scam Motel
Pros:

Only ok was the location

Cons:

Everything was bad. Is a Motel not Hotel. Completely destroyed nothing work. Pictures posted in Booking are all fake. Is a scam. Worst experience of my life!!. Booking should not have it as a hotel

Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait à la fois calme (malgré la proximité de l'avenue) et proche du MRT. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le personnel efficace et à l'écoute. Agréable d'avoir vue sur les arbres. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir un calao depuis notre fenêtre !

Cons:

Les extérieurs étaient peu entretenus (dont la piscine). J'ai regretté ne pas avoir à minima du sel, du poivre (et éventuellement de l'huile) dans notre chambre qui disposait d'une cuisine. La déco de notre chambre était vieillissante et la ventilation de la salle de bain très bruyante (heureusement elle ne fonctionne que lorsque la lumière de la salle de bain est allumée). Cela ne m'empêchera pas de conseiller ce logement dans lequel nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour.

Great Location: Book a room with a kitchen.
Pros:

Excellent room size with lovely decor. The location is fantastic. You can do your washing, make a.snack after a busy day & relax before heading out again. Staff were helpful. Plunge pool was a cool spot.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The location is good, near tanjong pagar and maxwell.

Cons:

I looked a large room. My room only had a tiny window. I think this should have been clearer upon booking as there’s hardly any daylight and it was impossible to open.
Cleaning only happens twice a week, but it wasn’t communicated which days and when I asked I got wrong answers. Cleaning also wasn’t very good, when I arrived, a used towel from the precious person was still in the bathroom.
The washing machine in the Rio. works but the dryer just left all my clothes wet, and since there was no drying rack or line, I eventually had to pay to use the common dryers.
Overall I think this was a disappointing stay.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Good location, kitchen well equipped, communal spaces very clean and modern design. Staff very helpful and nice.

Cons:

One of the two mattresses in the room was not comfortable, springs were bulging out. Needs a topper.
