Great value for the cost vs location if booked at a discount.
Pros:

Really big room which was great. Mostly clean and tidy, convenient having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Friendly staff. Tidy quiet communal area if you want to use it (I didn't). Closest train station (Outram Park) is an easy 10min walk and is connected to 3 lines which will take you to most places quite quickly. Within walkable distance (5-15mins) to shops and main Chinatown areas. Generally good location if you don't mind the walking. Great value for money as I booked when there was a discount

Cons:

10-15min walks are short, but can still be very tiring in Singapore heat, especially if you are doing it multiple times a day.
The room was comfortable, and was mostly very quiet, but sound from the hallway travelled when there was activity, and the door that leads to the elevator slams quite loudly everytime after it's used. We were in the room next to the elevator room, so this woke me up a few times in the late nights/early mornings.
The aircon in our room leaked one afternoon but I just messaged the staff on whatsapp and a technician came out to fix it immediately.
Small cockroaches seen twice in the bathroom near the shower (I think they came out of the shower drain?) if the light has been off and it's been dark - I ended up just leaving the bathroom light on all the time and never saw them again.

Cons:

La piscina e la mancanza di cura degli ambienti in generale. Tavoli e sedie esterni che cadevano a pezzi, poca cura negli spazi comuni... diciamo che è un pochino abbandonato a sé stesso

Für Kurzaufenthalte ok, langfristig weniger empfehlenswert
Pros:

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist dieses Hotel insgesamt eine solide Wahl, vor allem aufgrund des in Singapur sehr guten Preises. Die Anlage ist modern gestaltet, was direkt einen positiven ersten Eindruck hinterlässt. Das Personal ist freundlich und besonders praktisch ist die Kommunikation über eine WhatsApp-Nummer, über die man Anliegen unkompliziert klären kann.

Cons:

Allerdings gibt es auch einige deutliche Einschränkungen: Die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr klein, sodass man kaum Platz hat, um einen Koffer vernünftig zu öffnen. Der Roomservice erfolgt nur alle paar Tage und zudem recht unregelmäßig. Während unseres Aufenthalts gingen uns sowohl Handtücher als auch Toilettenpapier aus, und selbst nach Nachfrage hat es relativ lange gedauert, bis diese wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Die Lage ist ok, aber sowohl in die Stadt als auch zur U-Bahn ist man eine Weile unterwegs.

Great location, small, functional, cozy rooms: The only downside was the noisy doors at night.
Pros:

Beautiful, small but very functional rooms that are very cozy despite their size. The location was great; public transportation is always just a few minutes’ walk away (very easy to reach on foot). It’s also close to Chinatown and serves as a good starting point for exploring the city. There’s a small pool, an outdoor area, a washer and dryer, and a small gym—while none of these amenities are particularly luxurious, it’s nice to have these options (like the gym and pool). The facilities & common area are well-maintained and in mostly good condition. The friendly staff rounds out the experience.

Cons:

Usually the rooms are pretty quiet. I didn’t hear the street or anything like that.
But - the doors slam very loudly; with 20 or 30 rooms along a long hallway, I found very disruptive at night. I woke up frequently during the night because the sound of a door. Therefore, I could only sleep with earplugs. This will be a problem for people who are very light sleepers.
