Bien situé et confortable
The room is clean and tidy. Beds are made every three days. Reception is helpful and responsive. 10min walk to Outram MRT. Overall cost effective.
The common area is good to chill out and work.
Would appreciate a curtain in the toilet so that water would not splash out during shower.
Not much a sound proof in the room though. You are able to hear people talking on corridor or opening/closing doors.
There don't seems to be a hard and fast rule regarding the operating hours of fitness studio. I was told that the studio need to be closed by 9:30, yet sometimes it could be extended for certain guests. I was declined its use two times at 9:30-10pm, even though I would just like to do some stretching / weights quietly after dinner.

The common areas were modern, clean, and well maintained. They were comfortable to relax or work in, and the location was convenient for exploring Singapore.
The room was much smaller than expected and felt very cramped. The listing mentioned that a minibar/fridge was included, but there wasn’t one in the room. It also had no window, which made the room feel very stuffy and uncomfortable, especially because of its small size. The swimming pool was also disappointing, as it was much smaller and less appealing than expected.
Die Unterkunft ist nicht ansatzweise so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt! Es ist so klein, es gibt keinen Ort um die Kleidung auszupacken, hier kann man neben dem Bett noch einen Schritt machen und nicht weiter, bei einer Unterkunft die so klein ist und kein Fenster vorhanden ist fühlt man sich gleich eingesperrt! Außerdem stinkt die Klimaanlage extrem nach Schimmel, die ist komplett verschimmelt von innen, ich hatte jeden Tag Halsschmerzen! Total ungesund. Sowas darf nicht sein!Ich hatte unhöfliche Mitarbeiter die mir daraufhin kein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung stellten und dazukommt, dass ich zwei Kakerlaken im Zimmer hatte! Für diese Erfahrung verlange ich eine Rückerstattung!!!!

Great location. Quite far from the MRT station, but it was okay because we mostly took a Grab. We enjoyed complement coffee and hot drinks and well equipped kitchen and lobby. Wifi was fast.
The room cleaning only performed every other day. It was okay, but at least receptionist should let us know in advance. Otherwise, towels or toilet papers we should ask in person if it is required.
