Highly recommend. Lovely staff, comfortable and great location!
Pros:

This was the second time in this vacation that I stayed at Soleil. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. Thank you for the whole Soleil team for their good care and I hope to return again some time in the future.

Pros:

Wir waren 3Nächte im Soleil und hatten die Suite mit Balkon (im 9. Stock) und ein Premier Zweibettzimmer (2. Stock).
Beide Zimmer waren super sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Suite hatte einen kleinen Balkon wo man gemütlich zu zweit sitzen kann und ein schönes großes Badezimmer. Auch das Premierzimmer im 2. Stock war einwandfrei vielleicht etwas klein.
Das Frühstück bot neben vietnamesischen Gerichten eine breite Auswahl an westlichen Gerichten u.a Pizza, Lasagne, Sandwiches .... Gerichte waren alle hervorragend. Auf Wunsch erhält man auch einen "vietnamesischen Kaffee".
Service von Rezeption, bis Frühstück und Zimmerservice sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend.
Lage war gut und trotz direkte Lage an eine vielbefahrenen Strasse recht ruhig, 3min zu Fuss zur Train Street, ca. 10 min zum Hoan Kiem See. Sehr viele tourisitsche wie auch einheimische Restaurants, Bars und Kaffees in der direkten Umgebung.

Cons:

nichts, nur Anmerkung, dass der Pool etwas klein ist.

La suite que nous avons choisi était parfaite ! Propre, confortable, tout était au rendez vous.
L equipe est accueillante et sympathique, tout là quand il le faut. C'est un hôtel où on se sent bien et où l on a envie de revenir.

Exceptionally Lovely staff - great location
Pros:

The location is perfect next to Tống Duy Tân street with the great restaurants and cafes. The rooms are nice and very clean. The roof top bar and pool is fabulous. Breakfast is super extensive with fresh ingredients every morning.

However the thing that makes staying at the Soleil hotel special is the staff. They're so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They made our stay in Hanoi a very special experience and we'll be staying there again on our next trip to Hanoi.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, Mega freundlich
Pros:

Tolle Lage nur etwa 3 Minuten von der berühmten Train Station entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer sauber und ruhig, das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Wir haben sogar die Möglichkeit das Late Check outs genutzt, so konnten wir bequem duschen, bevor es mit dem Zug weiterging. Der rooftop Pool ist wunderschön und bietet ein perfekte Möglichkeiten, den Trubel Hanois kurz zu entfliehen oder sich das ganze Treiben von oben anzuschauen.
