It was a beautiful hotel, with lovely facilities and excellent staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great location, good range of breakfast, good size room with a comfy bed and very very helpful staff

Cons:

It was a little more expensive than other hotels in Hanoi, but I don’t regret my stay

Pros:

È in buona posizione. Lo staff è gentilissimo, appena hanno saputo che saremmo partiti alle 5 , si sono offerti di prepararci una colazione da asporto.

Cons:

Non è un hotel a 5 stelle. Camere fredde nonostante regolassi al .massimo.

Pros:

Clean, nice hotel with really nice staff who always remembered who we were. Great quality breakfast as well. Location is also great - very close to train street!

Pool was freezing, would have been nice if it was heated.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Our stay was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by Vietnam, with Hanoi being a spectacular and welcoming city. We will definitely return. It was a very intense few days. The hotel was very good, as were all the staff, but we have a special thank you to give to an exceptional employee, Cara. She helped us with everything, advised us on various visits and restaurants, and was exceptionally kind. She is very talented. Our stay was even more special , thanks to her!!! Thank you so much, Cara.

Excelente estadía!
Pros:

Todo! Desde el desayuno que ofrecia de todo para comer y tomar hasta la comodidad de sus instalaciones. Mención especial para los empleados que realmente su atención fue 10 de 10.

Cons:

Lo único malo es que no tienen abierto el restaurante a la noche. Pero al estar ubicado en una zona super céntrica hay de todo en los alrededores.
