The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure all was good with our stay.
Pros:

Great location with the amenities needed to be comfortable. Boutique style. Cara, Qua, Smyth were wonderful warm and gracious. Always helpful and easy to talk to. Stayed in family suite with connecting rooms. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Excellent

Cons:

Our kids family room could have used a chair but that’s it.

Super easy to find! Welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious, tidy and felt luxurious. And a bonus was having streaming services on the TV. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in the Old Quarter with exceptional staff that pay close attention to every detail. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. We loved their complete devotion to our needs. They took great care and pride with everything. Food breakfast buffet had a good and fresh variety of food.

Cons:

No chair in the room. But we were told we could have had one upon request.

Super Service, super Lage, super Hotel.
Pros:

Ich habe das Zimmer für ein älteres befreundetes Ehepaar gebucht. Sie sprechen kaum Englisch. Durch die tolle Zusammenarbeit mit Allie an der Rezeption konnten sie sich mühelos zurechtfinden. Allie hat für sie Touren und taxis gebucht. Danke für alles Allie. Wir waren im Januar in dem Hotel und es hat uns auch da super gefallen.

Cons:

Die Bar im Pool könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Es ist zwar immer jemand dort und immer sehr nett aber das Angebot ist sehr niedrig. Ein paar gute schöne Cocktails 🍸 würden das Erlebnis topen.

Pros:

Honestly I can’t fault our 6 night stay at the hotel. Everything was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for the warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was always delicious and the rooftop swimming pool was perfect in the hot weather. It is also centrally located and not noisy at all. Cara and every one of the staff made our stay highly memorable.

Pros:

It's my second time now staying in this hotel (and even coming back in a week) and it's always a pleasure thanks to the exceptional team there: always welcoming and helping you for anything, giving you tips for what to visit and where to eat.
The hotel itself is very clean, the room are comfortable and even if it's central meaning lots of traffic around, you don't hear anything at all. The pool on the rooftop is the cherry on the cake, a must in Hanoi after a long busy day.
The buffet breakfast is a beautiful mix of Vietnamiese and European flavours. It is fresh and changing everyday and they cook some dish on the go like eggs or pho.
