Siamo tornati al Soleil Boutique Hotel certi di trovare qualità e cortesia… e non ci siamo sbagliati! Peter e Cara sono stati come sempre molto disponibili e professionali così come lo staff del ristorante gentilissimo e pronto a cercare di soddisfare le nostre richieste!
La struttura è curata e ben posizionata.

Excellent location and an overall really lovely hotel.
Pros:

The location was great. Staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast very good quality. Room was clean and nice decorated with a good size.

Cons:

Mattress was on the firm side but that’s just personal preference. Still comfy enough.

La cama era supercomoda. El desayuno estaba muy bien para un hotel de este tipo. Muy variado y muy rico todo.

Cons:

Ya lo sabíamos, pero el hecho de una habitación sin ventana real, la hace un poco oscura. Si es para una estancia corta no hay problema.

Un accueil très chaleureux. Le personnel était à l’écoute pour nous permettre de passer un très bon séjour.

Friendly, super comfy beds, very well noise insulated it was do quiet inside given the hustle & bustle outside.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, friendly & accommodating staff in a very central & interesting location.
All the staff were great but a special mention to the young gentlemen & lady (I can’t remember their names) who helped us with the storage of our luggage on return from Halong Bay yesterday. They went beyond expectations and made our transition to the train station from Halong bay very easy.

Cons:

Although the staff made us feel very welcome in the foyer area, given our deluxe rooms didn’t have any seating perhaps a more private area would be nice to relax in other than the area on the rooftop given the stairs. It’s just a small thing, we loved our stay.

Tolle Lage und nettes Personal
Pros:

Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und das Team an der Rezeption war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, wenn man zwei große Koffer dabei hat. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber hier wurde man eigentlich Punkt 10 fast rausgeleitet.
