Ligging, service, ruime badkamer en erg goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met dagelijks wisselende gerechten

Cons:

Het was perfect! Het enige wat ik miste waren parasols op het dakterras bij het zwembad.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Soleil Boutique Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety to start each day.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience. A very special thank you to Cara and Allie, who went above and beyond with their kindness, helpful recommendations, and exceptional service. They made us feel like family and were a big reason our time in Hanoi was so memorable.

A beautiful, welcoming boutique hotel in the heart of the vibrant old town.
Pros:

The hotel has an attractive foyer that is a welcoming space when you come inside from the street. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The staff are wonderful and helpful and organised transfers and tours. The pool and roof top bar were also great areas to use.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet, das Frühstück sehr gut und vom Pool oben hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Ich würde immer wieder ins Soleil Boutique Hotel gehen.

Luxurious stay within walking distance of everything
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of everything in the old quarter. There is an alleyway with restaurants, cafes, and eateries that are open all day right across the street. I had a suite, and the room was immaculate, and the stay was truly memorable. I came home every night and dished away all of my troubles in the tub.

Pros:

Nous avons aime la propreté, la piscine et la literie très confortable.

Cons:

L’ascenseur était en dysfonctionnement pendant plusieurs heures. Nous avons dû monter les 6 étages jusqu’à notre chambre à pied avant d’aller à la piscine au 10ème étage ! et avec cette chaleur dans la cage d’escalier, mon fils de 5 ans a saigné du nez sur le lit quelques gouttes. On nous a facturé 200.000vnd! C’était pas très commercial je trouve.

An oasis of calm in the midst of busy old town Hà Nội with the mist amazing staff.
Pros:

This is such a friendly, welcoming hotel. It is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom was spacious and beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is spotless and room serviced to a high standard. Breakfast was superb and we had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. The rooftop pool and bar is a lovely asset to the hotel. The staff are outstanding. We had a lovely few days here.,

Pros:

All of the staff were very attentative and anticipated every need. Even provided a little packed lunch because of our early departure flight.

Cons:

They incurred a data breach that resulted in my personal data being shared to a scammer. This included my name, the hotel, the dates I was staying and possibly more that i'm unaware of.

A sunny stay with lovely vibes
Pros:

Location was amazing breakfast was very good and the staff really tried to make it work and to answer my questions :)

Cons:

The pool was sometimes crowded with people and it’s quite small so hard to relax
I would have liked to get some proposals for activities like tuk tuk even though I knew Hanoi I was a bit lost in what to do when I arrived

Pros:

We had booked a room that should have been 30 square feet, it was far from that. I feel dodged.
The sheets were not changed and cleanliness was poor, they also skipped one day of cleaning
