Great location but expensive for size of room.
Pros:

Very attractive furnishings. Great location.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor and difficult to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. Single glazed windows which looked like they needed fixing as paint flaking off. Breakfast offer in Buttery bar expensive compared to other local cafes.

Pros:

Location is fabulous, it’s a cute little boutique hotel

Cons:

Bad communication. We stayed for 3 days and there was no cleaning service. Outrageous given the price they were charging.

A sweet little place
Pros:

Great location and a nicely designed little hotel. Lovely restaurant for breakfast next door

Cons:

The housekeeping was a little strange. The room was very clean but a towel disappeared one day and never reappeared. Milk for coffee wasn't restocked. The sound proofing isn't the best. You could hear the people in the room next door talking through the walls. Maybe not the best for light sleepers.

Generally excellent and so well located and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The friendliness , relaxed but efficient atmosphere, lovely decor and overall feeling .

Cons:

The curtain was badly ripped and patched up in the bedroom, which was strange as everything else was very well thought out and maintained.

This is my second stay at the Lime Tree Hotel! Need I say more?!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The Buttery is very well run and the service is excellent. It's an extremely nice place to start the day!

Stayed there because of its location to an event we were attending but might not stay again
Pros:

Lovely decoration,gorgeous rear garden.

Cons:

Wasn’t double glazed so was noisy .
Also no body lotion to use in the bathroom for the room rate that was disappointing.

Fabulous small boutique hotel in a perfect location which also a garden to sit and have your breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine late afternoon. A rarity in London. One of the best areas in London to stay in.

L'emplacement, tres chouette quartier.

Cons:

La chambre était vraiment microscopique, ainsi que la salle de bain. Ça ne m'aurait pas dérangé s'il y avait eu des aménagements en conséquence (par exemple des crochets dans le salle de bain pour les serviettes). Ma chambre était au 1er étage, et comme le rez-de-chaussée dessert aussi le restaurant, le bruit est vraiment un problème, avec de la musique dès 7h du matin. La réception est aussi toute petite, il n'y a aucun espace cosy où les clients peuvent lire, prendre un verre ou un thé. Bref, pour le prix et le nombre d'étoiles, j'ai trouvé les prestations très limites. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Good location for exploring, expensive for the small rooms

Great location and lovely room well decorated

Cons:

Room was incredibly small! We did book a smaller room, but had no idea this would mean squeezing past the end of the bed to get to the other side! Bathroom felt like you were in a cupboard and there was very little space to hang your clothes. There was also no surfaces in the bathroom to put your toiletries so they stayed in our cases.
