Parfait
Pros:

La qualité des des prestations, le professionnalisme des équipes, la situation

Cons:

Le restaurant, avec une décoration un peu simple. De plus lors de notre premier dîner nous avons dû manger dehors (malgré la température un peu fraîche) car des clients laissaient leurs 3 enfants courir et crier dans la salle sans que personne n'intervienne. Dommage !

Nuit au calme
Pros:

L'emplacement au calme, proche de l'Arboretum, la très grand chambre et salle de bain. Le buffet du petit déjeuner avait pas mal de choix.

Cons:

Les contrôles de sécurité pour accéder à l'hotel sont excessifs. Du même style que pour prendre un avion. Ils scannent nos bagages, nous font passer un portique, mais ne scannent pas les sacs à main. Je ne vois pas vraiment ce qu'ils peuvent chercher et ce n'est pas forcément rassurant.

Enjoyable holidays with my family
Pros:

The room comfort, cleanness, access to Arboretum running track and the proximity to main shopping and restaurants ( Junction Mall, Sarit Center, Yaya Center)

I also liked the concierge, security and room service team. Special thanks to Gerard Mukanda Muliro from Concierge team and Faith from reservation team

Cons:

1.The customer care especially at Front desk and at Restaurant should be improved.

2.There should be resting/relaxing seats at the steam and sauna side.

Staff and facilities were great.

Cons:

Multiple guests (older males with young girls) were seen everywhere.

The posted signs prohibiting photography gave the final indication that this hotel maintains privacy for the clients to engage in less than legal activities. I would not recommend anyone to stay here based on the optics.
