Major building work noise throughout stay over a weekend
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was a lot of choice.

Cons:

Major building works meant a lot of noise which we were not warned about prior to stay.

When I arrived I tried to cancel altogether to go to an alternative venue, but I was advised I would have to pay for the first night, (I had checked in 1 hr previous and they’d had incessant drilling since I’d arrived) I was only scheduled to stay 2 nights.

Pool area was not usable and very few sun loungers which meant they were unavailable most of our stay. The balcony is very small in most rooms, with just room for a seat.

The hotel advertised itself using the pool but it’s really a business hotel with major works taking place next door.

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay I would not recommend.

Pros:

Lo staff sempre disponibile e professionale. Ottima scelta a colazione. Posizione vicino un grande parco. Camera spaziosa, ben organizzata, letto comodo. Ottimo per un viaggio di lavoro.

Pros:

Location: close to Westlands, Kileleshwa and CBD, right next to Arboretum.

Cons:

Difficult to get in and out, no room for cars to turn around in front of the hotel.

Exceptional service
Pros:

The spacious suite

Cons:

The staff asked us to pay for breakfast even though it was included as complimentary in the booking. They took a lot of time to reconfirm that which caused us delay for the flight. I had submitted my room card and asked the receptionist to check us out and then went to eat breakfast. They had a lot of time to figure out if the breakfast was included or not.

Everything was perfect

Cons:

I could hear music from the downstairs pub in the room that I was allocated initially. I contacted reception and my room was changed without any hussles and I was very grateful.

A lovely and welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

I love staying at the Radisson Blu Nairobi - the staff feel like family by the end of the stay and the amenities and service are top tier. I love the comfort of the rooms, especially after a long travel. One of the kindest hotel teams I've met.

Great place for families. Super friendly people
Pros:

This was great stay for my large family. Food was amazing, facilities perfect. Gym absolutely top notch. Hotel management and staff was awesome. There were some mistakes but they were reactive and super fast. I need to thank night shift manager for his fast response when some guests were so loud. He did an amazing crisis management job. We will be definitely back. Location is perfect for all Nairobi short trips.

Cons:

Check-in in the morning could be faster. We had large group and it took long time. But staff was very friendly
