Pros:

Spacious room, and separate toilet to the rest of the bathroom was great. A rainfall shower is always a plus as well.

Good range of provided pillows meant there was something for everyone.

Convenience store adjacent to the lobby was great, monorail station on the next block, and subway station 10-15 minute walk away so the location was very convenient for heading in any direction in the city.

TV compatibility with phones and devices made streaming stuff a breeze. Internet speeds excellent as expected as well.

Cons:

Mattresses were a little unforgiving, but if you like a firm one you’re in luck.

Its was okay for the loacation if you plan for Toyuso, but far from most tourist places
Pros:

Hotel has a Lawson beside it. Close to Toyuso Market. Comfortable room, with a free coffee daily and excellent customer service.

Cons:

Entrance of the property is not clear. No where to park and off load luggages. No signs where of directions where to park to enter the hotel, considering Japan is especially Tokyo and clear of instructions. It would be a challenge. Hotel management needs to create a clear direction for off loading.

Pros:

This large hotel is situated in a completely new part of Tokyo, that is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is superb, very diverse and tasty. Beds are spacious.

Cons:

There is little space in the room for the suitcases. The organization of the room is a bit strange (even though the area is sufficiently large it is not really comfortable). There is no shuttle bus to the airport (even though there is a bus option relatively close to the hotel).
