The Reina Istanbul

Everything was fine , staff , breakfast , location , terrace..

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff member on duty in the morning when we checked in was extremely rude. He started threatening us about baggage issues and even told us to leave the hotel.
On the day of checkout, he insisted we must leave by 11:00 AM, even though on Expedia it clearly says checkout time is 12:00 noon. staff started pressuring us to leave immediately, saying we were not allowed to stay after 11. Is this how you treat guests?
Before booking, we specifically asked about luggage storage, and they confirmed through Expedia messages that it would be arranged but once we arrived, they refused.
They also claimed they would arrange airport pickup, and when we agreed, they stopped responding on Expedia and instead shared their personal contact details, which felt unprofessional.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m also disappointed in Expedia for allowing such hotels to operate on their platform.

Banyo çok küçüktü ve pek temiz sayılmazdı. Fiyat performansı arkadaşlarla kalınabilir

Her şey çok güzeldi. Hotel tamamıyla yenilenmiş. Gerçekten çok temiz ve rahat.

The hotel was very basic with no services at all. The rooms were small and dirty, and I made a mistake choosing this hotel.

We gave up on staying at the Reina Hotel.
They offered us 2 unsanitary rooms in the hotel and in another unsanitary building 3 other rooms, smelling of paint and located in the basement.

Black mold in the bathroom. This was not ever cleaned or resolved. It definitely needs a lot of cleaning.
The area of the hotel is on a steel hill, walking up or down the hill with language is not safe. I would never stay there again

It was okay. The price is low so it was fine. We just slept there.

Odada tv yi sökmüşler. Bildirmemize rağmen çözüm bulunamadı. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Klozet arızalı. Zaman ve para israfı

Badkamer en vloer erg vies, toilet bril kapot lamp kapot.

Points négatifs : J'ai dû changer de chambre deux fois (cuvette des WC cassée et clim ne fonctionnait pas). Les murs des chambres ont besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Douche assez petite ---> tendance à mettre de l'eau un peu partout dans la salle de bain. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée lors du séjour.

Points positifs : bien situé (cemberlitas), proche des lieux à visiter et de l'arrêt de tramway T1. Le personnel à la réception arrangeant. Hôtel calme.

Nothing really!!!! It was just under a basic hotel that smelt weird and did not offer breakfast as it says on the website that it does and the location was pretty poor.

The location was very nice, the staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were small and the bed was not very comfortable. But it was a very good price and we didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyways
