Pros:

The service was incredibly attentive, the staff were always smiling, and we were treated with a truly premium level of hospitality. It was a heartwarming and memorable experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Actually all was good! The staff is absolutely amazing and I have not meet such a helpful and wonderful people anywhere in the world.
There are a lot of small details - life fruits, room service, bed time stories and excellent spa. The room service was always very nice!
Btw, location is also nice and central. There are shops and cafes around.

Pros:

Really good location with 2min walk to a really good supermarket. However to get into ubud you need to take a taxi as there are no sidewalks to really walk on even if it’s near. Hotel was really nice and food was great.

We loved the quiet rooms, great food, oasis‑like pool, amazing massage, and so extended our stay.
Pros:

We loved our stay here. Although the property is on the main road, the rooms and pool area are very quiet. The staff is genuinely friendly and always ready with answers or helpful advice. The food is excellent—breakfast is varied and high quality. The pool area feels like a true oasis. We also booked a massage, which was honestly the best we’ve ever had. We originally planned to stay 3 nights but ended up adding 2 more because we enjoyed Purana Suite Ubud and area so much.

Comfortable, excellent location and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Loved the location and layout of the property! Absolutely fantastic. My room was on the top floor on its own right next to a huge roof terrace giving me a wonderful skyline view of Ubud. It was quiet and my room was well laid out with lots of storage. The staff were wonderful. Fitri went out of her way to help me extend my stay and change my dates. Lovely pool.
Even though the hotel is on a fairly busy road once inside you feel like you’re miles away. It’s really charming and I’d stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing was that the WiFi didn’t work but I didn’t need it at all so it was of small matter to me.

World class hotel, staff, and services
Pros:

Arguably one of the best hotels I've stayed at travelling the world. Where to start, friendly and welcoming staff (greet you by name everyday), excellent services (daily activities like yoga, massage, etc.), housekeeping attentive to clean rooms at your convenience, beautiful hotel with pool, excellent location, daily breakfast, and again, the service is world class. I highly recommend to all who visit Bali.

Pros:

It’s a peaceful haven in the middle of the city’s chaos. The location is excellent, everything is spotless, and the food is very good - both at breakfast and from the menu for lunch or dinner. But without a doubt, the best part for me was the attention from the staff, especially Ayu, one of the hotel’s receptionists. They made me feel right at home.

A Ubud Gem!
Pros:

My stay at Purana Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the people were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The property itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Not once did I notice any odors or critters, which made the space feel even more relaxing and comfortable.

Speaking of comfort, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while traveling. After long days exploring Ubud, it felt like the perfect place to recharge.

One of my favorite little touches was the welcome drink. It was so good that it quickly became my go-to drink during my stay. Even though it wasn’t officially on the menu, the staff happily made it for me whenever I asked. That kind of thoughtful accommodation really stood out.

The spa experience was exceptional. I can honestly say the massage I received was the best I’ve ever had… relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed.

I also joined the cooking class, which was such a fun and memorable experience. At one point I started feeling a bit lightheaded, and the chef kindly stepped in and finished preparing the meal for me while making sure I was okay. The warmth and attentiveness made the experience even more special.

And the food… AMAZING. The restaurant served the best Indonesian food I’ve ever had. Every single dish was outstanding. I truly didn’t have one item I didn’t enjoy.

I would also be remiss not to mention Fitri, who made the stay even more special. She was so welcoming from the start. We talked, laughed, and her beautiful smile and spirit made every interaction feel genuine and kwarm.
Sukraeni was equally as amazing too. Everyone at the property actually. I typically struggle to remember names, but I’ll never forget theirs because of the service.

In fact, my experience at Purana was so wonderful that even after moving to another property to join friends who arrived a few days later, I kept coming back.

Cons:

Nothing about the property. I did regret splitting my Ubud stay between 2 properties. I should have stayed at Purana.

Parfait pour finir les vacances avant notre retour, gentillesse exceptionnelle du staff.
Pros:

Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse. Bien que l’hospitalité soit généralement remarquable à Bali, l’équipe de l’hôtel s’est montrée particulièrement attentionnée. Ils appelaient nos enfants par leur prénom et veillaient constamment à ce que nous ne manquions de rien.
La villa est un véritable havre de paix en plein cœur de l’animation d’Ubud. Les espaces sont beaux, calmes et très agréables, avec une magnifique piscine à débordement.
Le design de l’hôtel mérite également d’être souligné, avec de très beaux choix architecturaux, une élégante façade balinaise et plusieurs œuvres d’art exposées dans l’établissement. Enfin, le restaurant a été l’un des meilleurs, si ce n’est le meilleur, de tout notre séjour.

Cons:

La literie peut être pas assez ferme, bien qu’elle soit de qualité.
