Çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Bizi memnun etmek için her şeyi yaptılar. Balayı çifti olarak gittiğimiz için bize güzel hazırlık yapmışlardı. Yemek konusunda içinde beğenmediğiniz herhangi bir şey olması durumunda hemen değişiklik sağlıyorlar. Masajı ubud da bulunan çoğu spadan iyiydi. Bütün çalışan herkese çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Çok mutlu ayrıldık oradan.

I love the lovely staffs in Purana, and amazing service and warm greetings. And the breakfast was the best I’ve ever eaten in Bali. They provided various meals such as Balinese food and western food. If you want, they can deliver breakfast to the room balcony, wonderful! And massage service was also amazing, almost full sleep.😂

My stay at Purana Suite Ubud was truly exceptional.

From the very first moment, I felt deeply cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely empathetic.
I was even kindly upgraded, which made my stay even more special.

The room itself was stunning. Beautifully designed, very modern, and immaculately clean. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, creating a space where you can truly unwind.

The breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious - something to look forward to every morning. And the massage? Simply outstanding. After the treatment, I was served a tea and a small snack, which made the whole experience feel even more complete and perfectly rounded.

The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet inside the room, yet still very central, allowing you to explore Ubud easily.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe at all times. There was always a quiet sense that someone was looking out for me, which gave me a lot of comfort.

One of the most special details: every evening, a small good night story is placed in your room-such a thoughtful and unique touch that shows how much care goes into every little detail.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I even changed my travel plans just to return here at the end of my trip-and I would do it again without hesitation.

Loved the bedrooms (especially the comfy bed) & the aesthetic of the bathrooms. Going for breakfast every morning was beautiful and you could watch the world go by. The hotel itself feels like luxury & super clean. The staff also checked the room before we left to make sure we didn’t leave any items. They carried our luggage too.

Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. De massage was heerlijk. De kamer is ruim en modern. Het ontbijt is erg goed en je krijgt genoeg.

Cons:

In vergelijking met mijn eerdere verblijf een aantal jaar geleden vond ik het iétsje minder, maar nog steeds erg goed. Alleen jammer dat men geen room service of service aan het zwembad meer krijgt zonder extra kosten. Ook de diner opties vond ik achteruitgegaan met betrekking tot het aantal vegetarische opties. Verder was er tijdens gebruik van de douche een onaangename geur.
