When I checked in, the room was 60 degrees! I requested and was given a different room. On my way to the room, there was a half-dressed man sprawled out in the hallway on his cellphone.
The next day, before checkout time, staff unlocked my door and tried to enter my room, even though I still had a do not disturb sign on the door. She couldn't open the door completely, because of the latch. Then, she knocked on the door. I told her I'd be out by checkout and to please do not disturb me further. She said it wasn't her fault and she continued grumbling as she walked away. No apology at all.
This place is wildly overrated.

Front desk staff acted annoyed when we checked in because he had to come to the front desk. Acted like he just woke up or something.
This place is basically a Super8, but no free breakfast. I checked in late. There was no desk clerk on duty. A man doing laundry came up to the desk and checked me in. When I got to the room, the bed was not made. The man apologized and put me in a different room. I asked for a late checkout and he said that I could stay till noon. He said "let me write this down" and I watched him write it down.
The next morning, shortly after 11, I heard a knock on the door; the woman said, "Housekeeping!" I answered the door and explained the situation. I asked her why she didn't check with the front desk and she said "I am the front desk."
She said "I'm sorry", but offered no explanation for the screwup.
Wry nice and clean. Def overlooked bc it’s not a big name but great facility and clean rooms!!!

One of the side entry doors remained unlocked whole time. I didn’t realize the kitchens at these hotels don’t come equipped with anything
Washer machine was very helpful. The staff was helpful as well. Big room with kitchen and refrigerator.
There was no plates, glasses or cutlery. That would be nice to take more advantage of the kitchen.
The only thing I like is that it was close to my destination.
It was dirty, smells bad, didn’t have too much of space in the room. And it was too expensive

If you have a car or a rental car, this location will be great, super quiet & clean surroundings. Almost no traffic in highways to down town, distance wont be a problem.
If you dont have a car, you will have to make uber/taxi to every place. Dowtown would be around $35.
Great staff and friendly and clean rooms and great location because it's near many restaurants but love that I had a refrigerator and stove top made it to cook in room and save money if we chose to
