A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There are limited cable channels. We have provided an HDMI cord for streaming. Vacation Rental License No 19STR08509. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. The building main entrance is closed for repairs. Please use the entrance on the first level of the parking lot.

It was a gated apartment with parking. Very modern and spacious. Glad it had a lift as we were on 4th floor.
No instructions on how to use dishwasher. No liquid for dishes to hand wash either. I had to message Sonder and they advised they was an essentials cupboard on 2nd or 3rd floor. Would have be nice to know that prior. Maybe a list in apartment advising would be ideal. Some of the cupboard doors stick.

Very minor things …
LOL no tv in the room. Had to pin the curtain shut at night because it seems so invasive. No sosp in one of the rooms. Would love to have a safe (I take my passport on every vacation but do not like to walk around with it). One bathroom did not have soap. The essential room isn’t open until a few more days.
The cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms are falling apart. The AC is on a timer and was not cooling in the bedrooms. We had ants all over the kitchen counters. The place has not had any attention in a while. Would not stay at that certain property again I’ve stayed at other Saunder properties and they have been great this one not so great.
Get a staff plus a phone and a personal assistant to accommodate the people staying in your locations.
You need an office with professional staff 24hour, plus housekeeping staff.

Awesome little serviced apartment close to downtown and the French quarter. Super clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom and kitchen.
Only gripes were that the immediate surrounding area isn’t that vibey, it’s next to a big hospital complex so there’s not much around and it’s quite residential. Only a 25min walk or 8min cycle or $10 uber into the French quarter so not much of an issue.

This place has a lot of potential, unfortunately it's not there yet. The bed is very very noisy, makes a lot of sound by turning around alone. A pity. The dishwasher does zero for cleaning (even in the heavy program). The shower head could use some de-chalking. I could easily see this be a 9/10 stay. But especially the bed was terrible.
The apartment was very clean. It had a lot of room. The unit is close to everthing. Parking is available for a small fee and is gated. The property has awesome security. While there is no staff on property they answer a chat in very shot time.
We discovered morning day 2 that microwave was inop. They fixed it that day but I feel it should have been checked before occupation. We were very unhappy with the tv situation. No cable. Can only use tv through your phone. To do that you need a Chromecast app at $30. Something I will never use again. I also would have had to put streaming apps on my phone costing more money. Would not stay with Sounder again unless that changes.
I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep.
