Great location and staff but everything should be running more smoothly
Pros:

Great view, lovely staff, comfortable beds and linen, the breakfast was huge and stunning

Cons:

The heat in the rooms was too much, impossible to adjust. The staff was lovely but spoke close to no English, the shower was not working great

I would highly recommend staying in this hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was the best part of the experience, everything was super fresh and delicious

Cons:

It was 20 min drive from the downtown, but the view of the sea worth that driving

Comfortable hotel and good location if you drive
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, good location if you are with a car.

Cons:

If not busy, message me choice in buffet.
I asked for an espresso and was told I had to the Starbucks ( I hate that coffee) , even though they had a coffee machine but obviously they didn’t want to get it dirty.

My room was really hot and had to sleep with window open

Modernes und komfortables Hotel am Vansee
Pros:

Das Hotel steht in ruhiger Lage direkt am Vansee, einige Kilometer vom mittlerweile hoffnungslos übervölkerten, verkehrslärmgeplagten und entsprechend lauten Van entfernt, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern eingerichtet, das Bett komfortabel, das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Der Umgang mit dem Wechselkurs. Aufgrund von Zeitdruck hatte ich entschieden, einen kleineren Euro-Betrag in tükische Lira einzuwechseln. Indes der allgemein übliche Wechselkurs aktuell auf 48 Lira/1 Euro stand, bot das Hotel lediglich 40 (!) Lira. Das grenzt an Raubrittertum. Hotels, so scheint es, wähnen sich in der Wahl gebotener Wechselkurse vollständig frei.
