Pros:

Quiero comentar porque cuanto reservé tenía mis dudas y creo que puede ayudar a futuros pasajeros. El hotel si tiene estacionamiento y es un estacionamiento grande. No puedes reservar pero si tiene. El hotel es muy limpio cosa que se agradece muchísimo para mí una de las cosas más importantes. Todo el tiempo limpio con buen aroma toallas blancas útiles de aseo. Realmente limpio, por lo que me encantó! Tienen un buen desayuno para ser americanos y que generalmente todo es envasado y de plástico. Incluso tienen fruta picada todos los días. Claro me quedé 10 días y lo encontré repetido. Pero estaba bueno y todo limpio. El personal solo habla inglés así que no hubo interacción. Pero lo recomiendo. Incluso tienen unas horas sociales que son muy novedosas, son tipo merienda de parte del hotel. Importante es muy familiar yo fui con un niño de 10 y todo perfecto en comparación a otro no vi gente fumando hierba afuera o cosas raras. Yo generalmente me quedo en hampton pero este creo que lo superó con todos sus detalles.

Cons:

De 10 en dos días no fueron a hacer el aseo. Pero creo que se olvidaron o algo. De resto todo muy bien. Agradecida por los detalles y buena atención a quienes se hospedan con ellos.

It was a really nice stay except for the breakfast bar.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, they kept all the hallways very nice also. And it has good parking access.

Cons:

I'm not crazy about the air conditioners being so close to the bed. And the breakfast bar opened at 7:30 but they didn't have anything out there yet the girl was working on it, but she didn't seem very happy. When she finally did start getting up the food filled up she seemed very irritated when the people emptied the trays quickly. Seemed like when she was back in the prep room she was doing a lot of arguing with one of the other workers, she was kind of loud.

It was nice, but I don’t think I will stay there again
Pros:

It was a nice hotel, you can tell they were trying hard to give a good impression with cleanliness and comfort.

Cons:

The hotel is located in the middle of almost nowhere, there are no food venues within walking distance, and nothing at all near the hotel, recreationally speaking, at least within walking distance. For what you get and the location, it was a very expensive stay.

Amazing
Pros:

The Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The majority of the people I spoke with were there as we were for a cruise. I wish you and the casino and surrounding areas could figure out a way to offer shuttle service back and forth to certain places that would be amazing. The reason I picked this hotel is because of the great reviews and also the shuttle service from the airport to hotel and hotel to the pier. That is such a great gesture. We would have loved to see more of the surrounding areas but were unsure where to go. Your wonderful staff suggested the casino and that was beautiful, but we had to uber. Like I suggested a shuttle every hour on the hour would be a great added feature
