Convenient & hot breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was very good lots of choices eggs sausage bagels toast & a waffle maker

Cons:

Showers were cold and when we went to front desk they suggested using cold for hot, wish we had known that or else 2 people got cold showers

Fire that black fridge and nothing else

Rooms were nice and all

Cons:

But the front desk has to be the worse one I ever experience. That black fridge on the front desk has to be the worse perosn I met, she messed up my booking with someone else name and email. Like why would you even hire a fridge like that. I tried calling later on that black fridge on purpose ignored my calls. Try to avoid talking to that fridge. She just gonna ruin your day nothing else. Absolute waste of time and oxygen

I would definitely stay here again because of the staff and convenience of the location.
Pros:

The staff at this location were amazing… super friendly and helpful. We used their shuttle service and it was great at well and so helpful and convenient.

Cons:

The couch and carpet in the room seemed a little old and dated. But the bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Shower pressure/head was ok. The AC unit seemed old…but did work. The free breakfast was average and was fine. The location and value for the money was great.

First experience was good in 2025. But the quality dropped in 2026.
Pros:

Hotel is centrally located
Room size was good

Cons:

1. Room smell too strong upon check in
2. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Found hair in shower and Face bowl
3. Found alot of scratches where pets are allowed in the room
4. Television system was down for almost 2 days.
5. Maintenance is only available during the day
6. My card was charged twice in error and this has not been fixed up to 15 days later

Great with many essential amenities for very reasonable price.
Pros:

Everything is great. Pick up at airport. Nice staff. Large rooms. Great breakfast and shuttle.

Cons:

Pool need to be cleaned. It was cloudy.

Good stay for a concert.
Pros:

Close to Hard Rock for concerts. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Live tv did not work. Shower door would not open on 1 side.
