Pros:

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

There was blood on the bed sheets, I told the lady at the counter, but she couldn't do anything because I wasn't on the awards program even though I've stayed there a bunch of times before. If I was on Awards program she would give me some points. What good does that do?
