Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr hübsch und sauber, die Matratze großartig.

Cons:

Dass man kein Fenster öffnen konnte, empfand ich, trotz Klimaanlage, als ungünstig.
Der Fußweg in die Innenstadt ist mit ca 25-30 Minuten schon etwas weit.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist, wenn man nicht jede Nacht 10 Euro im Parkhaus zahlen möchte, ziemlich unerfreulich.

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rez und im Frühstücksraum.
Für 16€ pro Person dürftiges Frühstücksbüffet, verfaultes Obst, defekte Getränkeautomaten(Kaffee, Säfte). Defekter Toaster. Eier bis zur Verfärbung hart gekocht. Habe ich entsorgt.
Kein „Guten Morgen „ im Frühstücksraum. 10€ für verfrühtes Einchecken!!!!!

Nice room size and accommodation, clean rooms

Cons:

Bathroom got all wet after shower. The shower itself was in the middle of thr Bathroom and only covered with courtains which was not handy.

Night and dayshift made mistakes with the booking but solved it in the end

Das Frühstück wurde von uns, trotz bedenklicher Rezensionen anderer Reisender, vor Ort gebucht, war jedoch das Schlechteste, was wir bislang an Frühstück in einem Hotel erlebt haben. Aufbackbrötchen hart wie Stein, die Auswahl schon gegen 9 Uhr beschränkt und ohne Körnerbrötchen. Eier so unappetitlich, als ob sie bereits vor dem Kochen verfault waren (Bilder können gerne geschickt werden). Die Sauberkeit von Tassen und Gläsern wirklich traurig. Das Personal frühstückte mit den Reisenden (was uns nicht stören würde), ließ dann aber das benutzte Geschirr ebenso auf den Tischen stehen, wie dieses an vielen weiteren Tischen der Fall war. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr ungepflegt. Einzig der frisch zubereitete Fruchtsalat ist positv erwähnenswert. Abschließend: Nein, wir sind nicht "überkritsich", es ist tatsächlich die absolute Ausnahme, dass wir eine Bewertung veröffentlichen.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Wenn in den Nachbar-Zimmern die Betten gemacht und diese herumgeschoben werden ist es leider mit dem Schlafen vorbei, da der Lärm durch durch und durch geht.☹️
Es war gut, wenn unter den Bettfüßen Filsgleiter angebracht wurden, damit die Betten besser gleiten und keinen Krach mehr machen.

Das wäre eine echte Verbesserung der Schlafqualität.
