Pěkný hotel na víkendové přespání.
Pros:

Ubytování bylo bezva a odpovídá ceně. Pokoj je pěkný a byl čistý. V okolí se dá parkovat zadarmo (03/2026) a do centra se dá bez problému dojít pěšky za cca 40 minut. Procházky kolem vody jsou moc příjemné. Dokoupená snídaně byla bezva.

Cons:

V podstatě jediné co mi chybělo byla alespoň jedna skříň na věci. Je tu pouze malý věšák s ramínky tak na bundy.

In Ordnung für eine Nacht
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, für eine Nacht alles völlig in Ordnung, auch wenn die Matratze nicht mein Fall war. Hatte am Morgen ziemliche Rückenschmerzen. Sonst einwandfrei :)

Cons:

Leider war der Check-In wirklich nicht kundenorientiert. Es wurde mir vorher eine Nachricht geschrieben, dass ich keinen Parkplatz reservieren brauche um im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus zu parken. Ich habe mich an der Rezeption angemeldet, wo mir der Mitarbeiter erst mal gesagt hat, dass keine Plätze zur Verfügung stehen und ich diesen vorher reservieren muss, obwohl über 300 freie Plätze am Parkhaus direkt angezeigt wurden. Dann hat er mir doch auf nochmaliger Nachfrage eine Parkkarte gegeben. Nachdem er mir nichts erklärt hat, habe ich dann gefragt, wie das funktioniert und er sagte mir, dass ich damit einfach rein und rausfahren kann. Als ich an der Schranke war, konnte die Karte nicht gelesen werden und ich war gezwungen, ein Ticket zu ziehen. Als ich wieder an die Rezeption kam, habe ich nochmals gefragt, worauf er mir dann erst mitteilte, ich hätte klingeln müssen und die Nummer auf der Karte vorlesen müssen (was ich ja nicht wissen konnte). Er versicherte mir, dass ich auch einfach so das Parkhaus bezahlen kann und das der gleiche Preis wäre.
Tatsächlich habe ich am nächsten Morgen jedoch doppelt so viel bezahlt, wie es mich eigentlich gekostet hätte. Das ist wirklich extrem ärgerlich und sollte eigentlich vom Hotel getragen werden. Ich konnte hier nichts dafür, es ist die Pflicht des Mitarbeiter, mich nach sowieso schon eigener Aufforderung darauf hinzuweisen, wie der Parkvorgang korrekt funktioniert, ohne dass mir hier Mehrkosten entstehen.
