Important information:

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sonder The Drayton in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no on-site parking. Paid garage parking is available nearby. We have a partnership with Fitness on Broughton, just one block away. Please show them your booking confirmation for complimentary gym access. This is a central location and prone to noise from nearby nightlife. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming. There is no elevator.

Absolute worth the money!
Pros:

Location
So clean
Very comfortable for three people
Lovely amenities
Wifi worked well
Wasn’t too loud/noisy for being off the Main Street in Savannah

Cons:

The code/check in was a bit of a pain - they gave us the code to get into the main doors but then the code was different for the lock box and they didn’t provide it. We are travelling internationally so it’s just as well I had purchased a US sim and was able to call to get that information otherwise you’d be having to pay for internet etc to try and get a hold of someone

The sofa bed we think might have been broken as the head of the bed kept sinking

The dryer’s lint catcher was broken and isn’t actually fit to purpose.

Convenient cheap apartment in the middle of the historic district.
Pros:

So convenient. walk to anywhere in the historic district. Right across the road from a parking garage - cheap and safe.
Apartment style so had kitchenette. Good pressure on the shower, roomy bathroom.

Cons:

Needs black out curtains. Very bright street lights beamed in all night through and around the blinds.

Was noisy, but the reviews warned us.

The biggest issue was the code provided to get into the apartment did not work. We arrived, door was physically open, we put our bags in, closed the door, went back down to the car and back, popped in the door code. wouldn’t open. Tried many times. Called Sonder, got a call centre in the Phillipines. Took 30+ minutes to sort but got a new code that worked. Phew!

Pros:

A localização é excelente e o apartamento é completo. Existe um estacionamento público exatamente em frente ao prédio. A hospedagem fica em cima do Starbucks e bem próximo de boas opções de café da manhã

Cons:

Não existe recepção e o check-in é todo remoto. É pra ser simples. Porém, o código de abertura da porta não funcionou. Então, fiquei ao lado de fora do apartamento por quase 1h até que o problema fosse solucionado.

Never will book with Sonders again.

Location and vibe

Cons:

Was on the phone for 2 hours with Sonders trying to get the access codes. Was charged twice for our stay and still have not been refunded. The room was in a different building than where I booked. This whole experience took up 3 hours of our very limited time in Savannah.

Pros:

HORRIBLE!!!! My family and I booked and paid for our reservation months in advance, only to be told that we lost our room reservation to someone who is a Marriott Bonvoy member. I was forced to find another hotel on the spot and told that I had to wait 7-10 days for my refund. DO NOT BOOK! Oh and I forgot to mention, you have to park 2 blocks away in a tight parking garage that charges $30/day and the hotel only gives you a $5 discount.

Pros:

Located in the heart of City Market, this is the perfect location for a stay in the historic district of Savannah. Starbucks is right below making for a great start to the morning. Shopping, sight seeing, and restaurants are right outside your door. No need to drive with everything in walking distance and a parking garage located within the block,

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was excellent. The room was lovely with sunlight.

Cons:

The worst - no sound proofing AT ALL. You couldn't sleep until 1:30-2:00 AM because of the cars and their blasting music/horn. The facility needs soundproofing. White noise machines are of no use and I do not want to use ear plugs when sleeping. We barley slept for the 3 nights we were there.

No natural air. It would have helped for the windows to have had some opening.

The cleaning fee is super steep. Consider providing extra bed linen.

Also, a light touch cleaning for 25-30$ would work.

Very comfortable and good location but very noisy

Lots of space in the apartment

Cons:

The walls between the apartments are so thin. The first night we were kept up till 6am by a woman next door throwing up. The second night we were kept up by a screaming baby. Had very little sleep throughout the stay there is absolutely zero soundproofing
