Lo staff alza il punteggio della struttura :)
Pros:

Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. La struttura è in una buona posizione per visitare il centro storico.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua del lavandino, il clima non raffredda molto e la camera non è ben insonorizzata.

Authentic Istanbul experience.
Pros:

The staff is simply extraordinary, especially Shahzad, who was always kind, helpful, and attentive. They allowed me an early check-in and a late check-out, which I really appreciated.

The location, right in the heart of the Old Town, is excellent and very close to the metro. It is also just a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Bazaar. Finally, the view from the rooftop is absolutely spectacular.

I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros:

Прекрасный современный отель и наш номер, в историческом центре, все новое, чисто, в номере всегда есть вода, кофе, чай. Управляющий Шахзад помог нам с парковкой, и всегда был готов помочь. Весь персонал очень приятный и вежливый.

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno! Ottima posizione, staff cordialissimo e disponibilissimo! Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Camera bella e funzionale, colazione buona e abbondante in una bellissima terrazza panoramica! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Самое то для тех, кто не любит шумные улицы и гул машин. Здесь уютно. Вкусно кормят. А Шахзад - менеджер от Бога! Умеет

Персонал как одна большая семья принимают. Будто в гости к тете с дядей любимым приехала. Хотя вижу людей впервые. Номера чистые, все просьбы выполняют. Вокруг тихо.

Great experience from shaikh and hassan from reception whenever I needed something at the hotel or for guidance around town and general area. The hotel was also clean and cozy.

Passable but could do way better !
Pros:

Staff - especially the two chaps ‘Shahzad’ and ‘Hassan’ at reception who went above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable as possible.Location is about 15mins walk from the bazaar but access is via 35degrees gradient hills so be mindful .
Good cultural vibes in the area as not too touristy and you get to see the locals.Good local restaurants nearby.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

We did not have any WiFi and had it not been for ‘Shahzad/Hassan ‘ we would’ve changed our hotel.
The owner was simply not interested!
I booked the hotel with parking filter but had to pay £50 for parking for 4 days .so definitely don’t bring the car.
I struggled to see our rooms on the published photos on booking.com as ours were not very spacious.
