Pros:

The hotel is in a superb location, which makes exploring the historical landmarks extremely easy and convenient.
What truly sets the hotel apart, however, is the top-notch service.
The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly – we felt special from the very first until the last minute. They attended to our every wish with great attention to detail and genuine hospitality.

Приехали заселили сразу.На ресепшн встретили приветливо. Номер чистый, просторный. Сотрудники: очень вежливые, всегда готовы помочь и улыбнуться.
Удобное расположение: рядом множество магазинов, тихий район, недалеко от набережной, а также станций метро и трамвая.

Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit fantastischer Terrasse im Herzen Istanbuls und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Perso
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum Istanbuls und man läuft nur ein paar Minuten bis zur Hagia Sophia. Trotzdem ist es nicht zu laut. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und unser Zimmer war schön hell, groß und sauber. Die Terrasse im obersten Stock, wo man morgens ein tolles, ausgewogenes Frühstück erhält, ist eines der Highlights von PALMERA Old City. Von dort kann man die blaue Moschee und das Meer sehen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Personal in PALMERA Old City. Shahzad hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt und uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Auch das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir nochmal Urlaub in Istanbul machen, werden wir wieder hier buchen.

"Guter Platz"
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral in der Altstadt, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage Nähe Ottoman Lounge, da kann man sehr gemütlich bei nettem Personal was trinken und eine Wasserpfeife rauchen.

Cons:

...das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, habs an der Rezeption als Änderungstipp deponiert. Leider hats 3 Tage geregnet, sonst hätten wir auf der Dachterrasse sicherlich nett frühstücken können, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

we only booked breakfast, but we didn't go every day of our stay, every morning the same food on the menu, maybe some changes should be made
the beds are worn out, the mattresses too, the beds creak every time you move, maybe it's time to replace them

Very thankful for this stay and hospitality,great money value and comfort
Pros:

This was our first time in Istanbul, and the hotel pleasantly surprised us. It is a small, boutique-style hotel, but very comfortable and cozy.

What impressed us the most was the hospitality. Although check-in officially starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived very early in the morning at 5:30 AM. The staff kindly accommodated us and were ready to check us in immediately, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.

The hotel is very clean, and we were especially impressed with the bed linen — everything was of excellent quality and perfectly clean.

The staff were wonderful. We would especially like to mention Mr. Shahzad at the reception, the ladies on the terrace — Asma and Firoza — who prepared our breakfasts, and the young man from Pakistan who worked at the reception in the evenings. Everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request right away. They also helped us with directions, recommendations on where to go, and the best ways to get around the city.

The hotel is located near many small streets with shops, and the tram line to the city center is only about an 8-minute walk away. From our window we could even see the Bosphorus.

Everything felt very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Cons:

It would be nice to have a slightly wider variety at breakfast, with more vegetables, cheeses, and cold cuts. However, the breakfasts were still tasty overall. 😊
