山奥の隠れ宿と言った立地。葬儀のために、急に行ったのですが清潔で快適でした。

運営に不慣れな印象
Pros:

チェックイン時にトラブルがありました。子供料金が含まれていなかったとのことで（予約メールには子供か含まれていました）、予約より高い金額の請求がありました。予約サイトのシステムの問題とのことですが、こちらは事前に承諾しておりませんので、最終的には仕方なく子供分の朝食代金のみ追加で合意しました。子供の宿泊料金を含めると安くはありませんでしたので、事前にご連絡いただいていればキャンセルしていました。このトラブルでチェックインに時間がかかりましたし、事前に承諾していない代金は払えないと強く言わなければいけなく、大変気分が落ちました。ホテル側は連絡したつもりのようでしたが、客側の承諾がなければ金額変更の契約は成立しないのではないでしょうか。別件で事前に連絡を取っておりましたし、そちらの手段で連絡できたと思います。

子供の朝食は大人と同じ料金で、シンプルな朝食が900円でした。高いと思います。また、パンが選べるとのことでしたが、実際には選べませんでした。選べないことについての説明もありませんでした。

夕食は利用しませんでしたが、きれいなレストランがありました。美味しいかもしれませんが、静かな雰囲気ですので、子供連れには不向きかと思います。

また、部屋着は有料で330円です。こちらもホームページなどに記載がなかったので要注意です。

私設自体はリノベされており、きれいでした。

ホテルというより、食事自慢のペンションに近い位置付けかと思います。ファミリーフレンドリーではありません。

オープンしたてということで不慣れだった印象です。スタッフの教育などで改善の可能性はあるかもしれません。

とりあえず、リピートはないです。
