Pros:

Aside from the room being very nice—clean, comfortable, and with a modern feel—the price is also very reasonable for the quality they offer. Plus, it’s really close to key areas and downtown, making it easy to get around and access restaurants, shops, and other establishments. Overall, it was a great stay, definitely worth the price, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable and convenient place in Davao.

Pros:

*comfortable bed and thick comforter
*good a/c
*good toilet
*lots of storage space
*door handle and card reader fixed right away

Cons:

*shower heater was faulty freezing you with cold water then scolding you with hot water consistently
*small room
*bathroom sink did not drain properly
*our door handle came completely off a few days in and the card reader was coming apart (at first we thought someone was trying to break into our room while we were away)

*large comfortable bed with large comforter
*nice bathroom

Cons:

*the water heater in shower was faulty going from warm to extremely hot and then very cold by itself
*room is very small
*all the highest rated restaurants were almost always far away and the ones nearby was almost all rated low (we used taxi, grab, tricycle)
*shower knob was hard to figure out (you turn it for it to go from shower head to spray to faucet and it overlaps eachother so water is coming out in 2 different ways simultaneously
*communication with an older staff was not good. We would give her information she was asking for then would forget and call us to ask us if we are checking out. My booking also shows the dates I requested and when I requested for 1 day early Check-In for 1 of our rooms (I booked 2 rooms). They said okay but it seems the staff didn't pass this on to the other staffs so there was confusion among them.

Great location. Walking distance to the night market and local restaurants.
Pros:

Location- near the night market and a lot of restaurants nearby. Quite a peaceful neighborhood. Rooms are spacious, with strong water pressure.

Cons:

The staff refused to give me an invoice and insisted that since i used booking dot com, i should get my invoice from them. I showed her the response from the platform that the requested invoice will be issued by the property. First time to experience this and it seems that the staff lacks knowledge. Finally, on our 2nd day, she issued the invoice with a more friendly demeanor.
Bed could be more comfy. No bfast for its rate. Wifi is a bit slow.

Construction everyday even though we asked for it to stop. We checked out two days early and they will not refund us.

This hotel BADLY need Pest Control
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The pillow was supportive and soft, just the right balance for me. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around. Lastly, the size of the room was surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unpack comfortably.

Cons:

We didn’t like was the cleanliness and pest control. There were many small cockroaches in both rooms we booked, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were a lot of mosquitoes even from the moment we entered the property. The reception area, hallways, and even the rooms had mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to stay indoors.

It’s a basic place, good location but basic
Pros:

There is an ongoing issue with dogs barking, I’ve used the hotel many times a certain neighbour has dogs that bark

Cons:

TV is terrible, no apps, old fashioned (no Netflix) basically 2 channels.
