Good location, great value.
Pros:

Perfect location, short walk to the main train station but in a quiet area. Great little cafe across the road for morning coffee and pastries.

Cons:

wir sin dieser Sommer gewesen und haben dieses Hotel wegen der Klimaanlage ausgewählt. aber es hat nicht funktionier!
wir sollten mit der Balkontür offen schlafen, weil die wärme unerträglich war.
Es hat uns sehr enttäusch.

Eu amei.
Pros:

Café da manhã legal, boas opções. A região era tranquila, possui mercados, comércios em geral, e é muito próximo a estação de S-Bahn. Muito bem localizado para quem vai à Oktoberfest.

Cons:

O que poderia melhorar seria a limpeza debaixo da cama, e o minibar não funcionava. Nada disso tornou a experiência negativa de fato.

Poor and stressful

The location was good

Cons:

We booked a Double Room, but the staff initially gave us the smallest room available. After we complained, they moved us to a better room, but the AC in that room didn't work either, and we ended up cutting our stay short.

The staff promised a full refund. However, Booking.com came back saying they couldn't reach an agreement with the hotel, without making much effort on our behalf. Overall, our experience with both the hotel and Booking.com was extremely poor, and we lost the full booking amount. Think twice before booking this hotel.
