Ho soggiornato nella parte dell ostello , molto caro ma ben strutturato e pulito. I bagni dovrebbero essere puliti più spesso . L hotel ha un rooftop che ospita dj set quindi se volete riposare non è il posto ideale. Colazione molto cara. Generalmente overpriced ma comunque ok

I could enjoy staying here with nature, good to stay nearby the pool.

The overall ambience was everything, So peaceful. Its more like a hostel not a hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room cleaned daily. Food (breakfast) was excellent. They have great smoothies and veggie drinks. Alot of construction going on in the surrounding areas but dont be detered. Theocation

The design of this hotel is very nice. The common area, pool and bar area are top notch. The rooms are smaller and you pay for the overall design of the hotel. The photo of the room was very accurate, so I was expecting a smaller place. It was comfortable with air conditioning and comfortable mattress. The bar area is very nice, I thought the drinks were a little overpriced at 250 pesos for a cocktail. The area of the hotel is close to the main drag of downtown and close enough to walk to the grocery stores. If you want a more normal size room and maybe a little less style, there are other options in this price range in the downtown. If the pictures sell you on this hotel, then book here.

A great place to stay on a budget in Tulum. They offer shared dorms and private rooms for every kind of traveler. Upon entering the design is thought-provoking and the vibe is tranquil. A true getaway from the party-fueled beach front properties. The staff are kind, helpful, and courteous. The rooms themselves are immaculate: clean, fabulous design, soft comfortable beds, towels, and lockers. I absolutely loved it here and would return!

Absolutely LOVED everything about this place! Stayed in a 6 bed dormatory with a few friends and everything was perfect. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and shared bathrooms had a beautiful aesthetic design. Service was also wonderful, the front desk clerk messaged me on whatsapp that day to find out what time we would be arriving. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. There was also a bar upstairs that played fun music until around 1 am which we enjoyed. The hotel is also walking distance to a lot of places in centro. We only stayed one night because we had an airbnb reserved for the rest of our trip, but I wish we had stayed longer! Will definitely return. :)

This hotel is STUNNING - we absolutely loved the design and our room was comfy. Amazing value for the price. My only complaints would be that the bathroom had the sewage smell but I have found that at most places in Mexico. There was also loud music until late - this would be a pro or con depending on what you are looking for as the bar was packed. Near city center with walkable spots.

Todo estuvo excelente, la atención, las instalaciones, limpieza, el hotel muy bonito, el único inconveniente fue q en la app de hoteles.com dice q el desayuno continental viene incluido y al llegar me comentaron q ya no lo era, aún así la chica de la recepción muy amablemente nos respeto eso sin problema alguno ya q en mi confirmación venía especificado. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto, definitivamente regresaría :)

The design of this hotel is amazing. So beautiful. Mattress and sheets very comfortable. Pillows confortables also. The only thing is that the kitchen was not open on time for the included breakfast and I was confuse on where I had to go to have it.
