Pros:

It was s good surprise, the infrastructure was very nice and looked almost new, we were upgraded for a suite.
The outdoor heated pool was a great experience and the placed we ended up going every day before dinner.
The food at the restaurant was also good.

eigenlijk alles was meer dan top meer dan we verwacht hadden... een klein minpuntje was dat de douche niet afgesloten was. Maar ook dat was geen onoverkomelijk 'probleem'... als het al een probleem zou zijn...

Pros:

Alle Bereiche waren sehr sauber. Der Service war sehr gut in allen Bereichen. Das Team an der Rezeption hat Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Das Essen lässt kaum Wünsche offen und war sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet und bot vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Shuttlebus-Service war prima.

Cons:

Eine der Matratzen im Doppel-Bett war etwas durchgelegen.

המלון נמצא בעיירה מהממת! נהננו מכל רגע
הצוות היה נעים ושירותי, דאג לנו גם לבקשות מיוחדות סביב האוכל,
הארוחות מגוונות וטעימות מאוד
איזור הספא והבריכות מפנק, החדר היה ענק ומאובזר
המלון מציע שאטל לרכבלים בעיר ככה שלא צריכים להזיז את הרכב ולחפש חנייה (השתמשנו בשירות הזה כל יום)

Fabulous Stay!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Lovely room with great view. Excellent breakfast and dinner (we had half board). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free shuttle service - drop you and pick you up in the village or the cable car. Quiet location. Dog friendly (we had our dog).

من أجمل اللحظات التي قضيتها
Pros:

-الغرف نظيفة وذات طابع جميل مع إطلالة مبهرة
- الموظفون جميعهم رائعون خصوصاً فريق المطعم فهم رائعون ومحترفون ويعملون مثل خلية النحل مع احترام كبير لكافة الضيوف. باستثناء موظفة واحدة في الاستقبال كان تعاملها غير جيد أثناء الاستقبال وأثناء الخروج من الفندق.
- تنوع الاكل في الإفطار وكذلك العشاء

- تعامل موظفة الاستقبال.
- السعر مرتفع جدا
- يوجد ضريبة إضافية 15 يورو لم توضح في سعر الحجز وتم طلبها أثناء تسجيل الخروج، وحتى وإن كان المبلغ يسير لكن التوضيح مهم

تعامل موظفي المطعم والبار كان راقي جداً والموظفون ودودون للغاية.
كذلك موقع الفندق رائع بإطلالاته البانورامية والمميزة .
توفير حافلة على مدار اليوم لتوصيل النزلاء من الفندق إلى سنتر المدينة والعكس.

Cons:

مرتبة السرير غير مريحة .
عدم تزويد الغرفة بزجاجات المياه إلا لليوم الأول فقط مهما بلغت مدة الإقامة.
عدم توفر خدمة الغرف لطلب وجبات الطعام وما شابه.
عدم وجود خدمة غسل الملابس في الفندق.

سوف اكرر السكن في نفس الفندق

فندق جميل وعائلي ونظيف والموظفون متعاونين و ودودين جدا إذا قمة بزيارة المنطقه سوف اكرر السكن فيه

فقط الإفطار حجزة مع الإفطار وأفطرت مره واحد فقط كان جيد لكن لو كان اكثر تنوع سوف يكون افضل خصوصا الطعام الحلال

距離ortisel 小鎮開車2分鐘，停車場可以用門卡直通上樓，包含簡單的早餐，跟每日不同菜單的晚餐，還有飯店自辦的hiking tour可以參加，房間比一般當地住宿還寬敞，推薦。
