All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to give us our code in advance as we were arriving past midnight due to a delayed flight. This really helped us out and we greatly appreciated it!
The breakfast was delicious and the happy hour every evening was great! We didn't want to leave and wish we had booked this place again for our time in Japan.
The rooms were much bigger than expected especially for Japan so we were very happy.
The robot employee Kotetsu was adorable and made our stay!

It was a really nice hotel in the neighborhood I had to stay in for a show. The property offered toiletries and robes on sight. The room was comfortable and had enough space.

i liked the hotel and the room, there was an onsen available to use which i liked a lot.

La posizione dell'hotel è comodissima, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro di Iwamotocho, 10 da quella di Kanda e 8 da quella di Akihabara. Il quartiere è tranquillo.

Lo staff è molto professionale e sempre disponibile, a noi serviva fare una telefonata da un numero giapponese per la prenotazione di un museo e ci hanno lasciato usare il telefono dell'hotel senza problemi.

La colazione è molto di qualità, c'è anche una buona fornitura di prodotti da forno per una colazione più occidentale, quella giapponese è più ampia. Dalle 5 alle 10 c'è un bar self service per prendere dei drink o un mini aperitivo con qualcosa da mangiare, vastissima la scelta del bere, con tanti prodotti giapponesi di qualità.

La dimensione della camera in linea con gli standard giapponesi del quartiere, vasca in camera leggermente più grande. Le onsen non sono grandissime, ma essendo aperte 19 ore al giorno, non le abbiamo mai trovate piene da non poterle usare, molto basic ma ben tenute e sempre pulite anche a tarda notte.

C'è una sala fumatori all'ingresso dell'hotel, nel garage molto semplice ma con alcune sedie e vista sul canale.

Eravamo già stati in un super hotel a Beppu l'anno scorso e devo dire che c'è una meravigliosa continuità nello standard e nella qualità del servizio offerto.
A noi è piaciuto molto! Nota di merito per kotetsu, un robottino che gira a intrattenere gli ospiti nella sala lavoro/relax/aperitivo , super kawaii!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The breakfast is truly exceptional. We also really enjoyed the free open bar available every day from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The hot baths (separated for men and women) were perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. As a fun bonus, the hotel has a cute mini robot that delivers items to guests and makes everyone laugh. They also generously provide plenty of skincare samples.

very good bio breakfast, very nice staff, and a robot too, pillows, accessories.
