I love the location as it is situated near 3 stations ; Akihabara JR line, Tokyo Metro and Tokyo Keio Shinjuku line for Convenience. Apart from that, the Room is quite spacious ( for single room standard), clean and It has public bath place on second floor. Amenities are also fully provided including extra pillows. For workers, There is also a 24H co-working space cafe next to the hotel!
One thing only, the elevator. It only has one elevator for this hotel. Albeit it is not a big hotel, but if you are in hurry, please make sure to check the peak hour time and avoid it. If not waiting time can get to 10 - 15 minutes.

I really enjoyed the room amenities! even though it is compacted (as expected for a hotel in Tokyo), everything was arranged conveniently and it is super clean! Love that you can pick your own pillows, and they provide free pajamas and other amenities like feet relaxing patch, face masks and so on! Location is super convenient only a few minutes walk to Akiba station but still quiet enough for a good night sleep! Particularly enjoyed the onsen, super clean and refreshing, and the free welcome bar which helps us relax after a long day of sightseeing. And must mention Kotetsu, the most adorable employee ever (along with so many other lovely and helpful staff)! Love the hotel and we will definitely be back!
Das Onsen ist nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen perfekt zum erholen. Die Lage ist auch Top in Bahnhofsnähe.
Es gibt nur einen Aufzug, zu Stoßzeiten sehr streßig. Ich hatte noch Glück mit einem Zimmer im 4ten Stock, da konnte ich öfters die Treppe nutzen und war schneller wie der Aufzug.
Очень хороший отель, с очень хорошим расположением. Завтрак хороший, Онсен небольшой, но тоже очень неплохой. Есть все для личной гигиены, подушки на выбор и пижамы. Рядом метро, магазины и кафе. До некоторых мест можно легко дойти пешком. Персонал очень приветливый.

두달전 취소불가 특가로 예약한것보다 3주전 예약가격이 더 싼건 왜인지 가격 책정 원리가 잘 이해 안 됨.
La amabilidad del personal fue algo que nos sorprendió, porque a pesar de tener ciertas dificultades para hacernos entender nos ayudaron en todo y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa que nos hiciera falta (enviar maletas a otros hoteles, recibirlas, funcionamiento del onsen...)
La unica cosa negativa que podria resaltar seria las almohadas que vienen de serie en las habitaciones, eran muy duras. Eso si para solventarlos en recepción tenian cojines que podias coger sin ningun problema.
El personal es realmente muy amable; las habitaciones son justas, pequeñas como en la mayoría de los hoteles, pero muy cómodas con su nevera y baño privado. Las instalaciones son geniales, siempre tienen café gratis y por la noche hay un bar con bebidas gratuitas, además del onsen. Está muy cerca de la estación de Akihabara y de varios accesos, lo que facilita mucho el desplazamiento. En conclusión, muy bien, considerando que me quedé 7 días. Recomendado.
I love the waterfront view. Location, location, location. Side note: Is there any way to get Vitamon C. C. Lemon drink in your vending machine? I love those.
You need to put a tiny desk right next to the bed. Many people would put their cellphones on the desk to charge while they go to bed.
