Pros:

Siempre que vengo a Tokio me hospedo en este hotel. Me encanta que tenga onsen y el servicio de bebidas, así como el de almohadas.

Cons:

Cuando pedí que me guardasen la maleta una hora después del check-out, la recepcionista puso mala cara. Creo que en un hotel tan bueno eso no debería pasar.

Great base with means of travel to other districts
Pros:

I think this hotel had the most friendly and professional staff from my entire trip (5 hotels) - especially Wada-san at the reception, full of positive energy and talkative with great English.
Comfortable bed (reception has pillow selection to cater to each person)
Breakfast variety
Free evening snacks and drinks (no beer unfortunately)
Daily cleaning (if you do not want it, they will hang fresh towels on the doorknob)
Great location for many subway lines and JR station.
