Great value but small rooms
Pros:

The location and the staff were the highlights of this property. The staff were friendly and welcoming at all times.

Cons:

Honestly, most of my complaints are small things. Not having a trash can in the bathroom (maybe I missed it), the size of the rooms are very small (great if you’re a solo traveler or only plan on sleeping in your room, nothing else).

Персонал был восхитительным даже по меркам Японии, соотношение цена качество превосходит все ожидания. В женском онсене всегда было свободное место. Очень удобное расположение. Завтраки удовлетворили, выбор был, все свежее.

Cons:

За два дня дали только одну бутылку воды на двоих, но возможно вопрос решился бы звонком на ресепшен. Ванная довольно маленькая, слабый смыв в туалете.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé. L'onsen est très sympa. Les boissons à volonté le soir. Très bien.

Cons:

Il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur qui désert les 13 étages donc beaucoup d'attente certaine fois.

Pros:

Great onsen available , perfect location if you like Akihabara, plus it’s very close to the station. The hotel is on the other side of the river, so there’s not a lot of traffic around = no noise issues at night.

Cons:

Quite a small room but it’s normal for Tokyo I suppose.
