I would not stay here because of cockroaches.
Pros:

The photos look nice but unfortunately the place is not very clean. I saw three cockroaches in one day, one ran over the bed, the others in the bathroom. Towels looked and felt dirty, they should be boiled to get the dirt out. It was also noisy. The place is affordable, yes, but is it really worth it when it has bugs and is dirty? I think no cheap price is worth having to worry about bugs!

Proximity to all temples and good maintenance

Cons:

It is a suggestion and not a complaint. In washroom the grill for towel holder needs attention as there were sports of rust on the hanger. This needs some polishing

Good stay
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and the employees communicate well whenever needed.

It is also very near to shop lots, and food places, ATMs. Very suitable for foreign visitors.

The Auto Rickshaws that parks at the front of the hotel can be trusted. Reasonable pricing, and good attitude.

The handloom saree shops next to the residency also offer a good price, if you don't plan to walk around for shopping. Not much of difference compared to other wholesalers.

Cons:

The breakfast choices are very limited. Can be improved.

The internet connection is unstable in most areas. Quite complicated for foreign visitors who don't have roaming / local number.
