Good location but old facilities
Pros:

The backyard was nice as well as the available parking in front and in the back of the hotel.
Reception is friendly and helpful.
Hotel offered free water/tea/coffee.
Kettle in the room was working.
The hotel is 20 min walking from the city center, which was ok.
The breakfast options included scrambled egg, ham and cheese and some sweet stuff.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. And by that I mean visible dirt and someone’s hair on the floor. There was also mold on the edge of the bathtub and it seems that the bathtub was leaking somewhere. We also could not get cold water to run in the shower or sink. But we had quite a packed agenda, so didn’t tell reception about it.

Es departamento muy bonito, la piscina climatizada muy buena, el patio grande ideal para ir con mascotas y el quincho aunque compartido estuvo muy bien!

Cons:

El Desayuno era poco variado y demoraban mucho tiempo en reponer las cosas que se acababan.

Beautiful hotel with a pool and lovely gardens.
Pros:

This is such a beautiful small hotel just on the outskirts of San Martin. Our room was absolutely perfect, super clean and had a view of the lovely pool and gardens.
Our only gripe is the lack of soundproofing . A family next to us were running around and shouting and screaming at midnight. I asked the staff to help and they did. The family were selfish and rude and behaved in this way for 2 of our 3 night stay. It’s not the staffs fault at all but perhaps something could be done to prevent the noise from carrying so easily.
We were unlucky. Most people are not as inconsiderate.
The hotel is truly lovely.

No soundproofing meaning noise carries very easily.

Lugar cómodo, tranquilo y confortable para pasar unos días en san Martín de Los Andes
Pros:

Es muy confortable, el desayuno es muy completo, las habitaciones e instalaciones están muy bien. Tiene piscina climatizada, quincho para hacer reuniones y asados, un arroyo que pasa por detrás y juegos para niños
