Pros:

Udobje v sobi, cistoča , storitve do pozitivne.

Cons:

Zajtrk je imel ogromno izbire, vendar pa so določena živila bila mrzla, prav tako razen toasta ni bilo dtgega kruha.

Impressive, museum-like hotel, but services definitely not 4 star
Pros:

It is obvious they invested a lot in decorations and works of art, the hotel looks like a museum. And they brag about it at every step. One can walk on all floors and admire paintings, decorations, hunting trophies, etc. Even an elevator is heavily decorated inside.
The location is perfect for a one night stop on the way to Greece.

Cons:

One main reason I chose this hotel was to be able to enjoy relaxing by the pool, after driving for several hours. Only to find out when I arrived there, that the pool was closed for maintenance works between 10-21 of August! Right in the middle of the peak season they have repairs to do! And worse, there was NO information about it anywhere (booking.com, their own website, etc). Only an information written on paper in Bulgarian only (!!) displayed at the reception, so no possibility to know about this major inconvenience upfront.
The reception staff was terrible! I could only interact with 2 trainees, I think they were under the age of 20, that could barely understand English. I had to repeat one question 3 times till I finally got my answer. For a 4 star hotel, having such personnel for reception is absolutely not acceptable!

Pros:

Всичко ми хареса. Хотела е много хубав, стаята беше просторна и с уникален дизайн. Стая със свой облик, който няма нищо общо с традиционните хотелски стаи. Прекрасно изживяване! Басейна също е много добър, температурата на водата 32 градуса. Изкарахме супер уикенд.

Pros:

Прекрасни условия, фантастични хора! В последно време рядко се среща хотел от висока категория с толкова помислена хотелска част - великолепни матраци и възглавници, големи хавлии, разкошни тоалетни принадлежности! Очарована съм!
