Много чисто, усмихнат персонал и добро обслужване. Последната вечер ни звъннаха от рецепция дали имаме нужда от маса за вечеря тъй като хотела е пълен, малък жест, но ни направи уникално впечатление.

Cons:

По скоро препоръка - в делнични дни закуската имаше доста малък избор и количествата на наличните бяха доста малки, което е обяснимо при по-малко гости, за мен като гост опция с меню за закуска в такива дни ни била много по-приятно изживяване. Другото което беше ме дотам ок беше че беше прекалено топло и в стая Чикаго нямахме вариант да регулираме температурата, 3 дни бяхме с отворени денонощно прозорци, които се отварят твърде малко... Също така вратата на стаята очевидно в някакъв момент е разбивана, за да бъде отворена и не беше много добре направена, стоеше не съвсем плътно, помислете да я оправите, малко разваля перфектното впечатление за обстановката.

Закуската беше чудесна, богат избор, подходящ за всеки вкус и всичко което хапнахме ние, беше вкусно. Доволна съм от персонала в ресторанта, както и от хората на рецепция. Отзивчиви, усмихнати и любезни. Вечерята в ресторанта беше отлична и въпрекия, че ресторанта беше пълен, поръчките пристигаха бързо. Топла, чиста, просторна и комфорна стая. ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ!

Cons:

Мисля, че нивото на SPA центъра не отговаря на останалата част от хотела. Басейна беше топъл и чист, но беше доста тясно около него и докато почиваш на шезлонг, плуващите те пръскат. Сауната и парната баня също са с малък капацитет, спрямо обема гости, който позволява хотела.

Закуската беше много богата . СПА центърът също ми хареса . Удобен матрак и което е рядко срещано за хотел - изключително комфортни, висок клас мемори възглавници .
