Pros:

Staff were lovely. Always smiling and warm. Excellent breakfast and location perfect: well away from the hustle and bustle.

Cons:

I have never, in all of my years in many hotels across the world, had a bathroom with the basin for washing positioned outside the bathroom thus necessitating an exit from the bathroom for washing, shaving, brushing teeth etc. The prime function of a bathroom is to wash but here this was done, outside the main bathroom. There was also very limited space to store clothes: no shelving or cupboards. Not sure if these two aspects were a design ‘fault’ or stylish innovation.Apart from that the room was always cleaned thoroughly and always very fresh looking.

Geweldig en super vriendelijk!
Pros:

Alles was prettig en het personeel ook super vriendelijk. Er is een bepaalde doelgroep uit het Midden-Oosten die zich niet vriendelijk opstellen tegen het personeel, wees er aub niet zo een. Het personeel is vriendelijk en werkt extreem hard om je volledig te verzorgen, wees dus ook vriendelijk en respecteer de cultuur. Ik kom hier graag nog een keer terug

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

Close, quiet convenient location. Very nice and helpful staff

Cons:

Only thing I would pick is you could see things ageing a bit (cracks, discolour) I feel like this is fairly picky though and they were also painting while we were there so at least they’re onto maintenance

Enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was very good served around pool with views of the beach.
Food covered all nationalities with an egg station. Couldn’t fault

Cons:

Would be good to have a space/room for late departures to be able to shower and change.
Disappointed that nobody ate in the restaurant in the evening although it was setup every night. When checking in we were told “ there is a
good restaurant next door”. Which it was but why not promote your own??

Pros:

Location is brilliant, close to the main area but it’s still quiet. Room was really nice, AC was good. Pool and beach area was amazing. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und man erreicht das Zentrum von Chaweng fußläufig. Man hat viel Trubel in Chaweng aber davon bekommt man am Hotel nichts mit. Die Poolanlage ist schön gestaltet und der Strand ist wunderschön. Es gibt am Pool sowie am Strand viele Liegemöglichkeiten.
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und höflich. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel wo man sich gut entspannen kann ☺️
