Reasonable enough, but not exceptional.
Pros:

The room itself was comfortable, bed was comfortable, shower was good.

Cons:

Surprised that there are not more comments in reviews about the noise. I picked it because it was right beside the train station, and that was convenient. But I was very surprised by the noise level, the trains definitely kept me up some nights.
Breakfast was ok, just rudimentary.
Compared to other hotels we stayed in while in Italy, this one did not compare in terms of value for the dollar.
