Villa Aikia Adults Only

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel in Zipolite! The ocean view was stunning, and the room was cozy and stylish. Perfectly peaceful and just steps from the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape by the sea!

A beautiful hotel that has all that you need to stay and enjoy the weather. A 10 min walk takes you into zipolite and it’s magic.

Villa Aikia Zipolite offers very nice suites, a sprawling facility with pool, outdoor terraces, stunning views, yoga area, private beach, full service restaurant/bar and extremely professional, friendly and attentive staff! This place runs like a well oiled machine, offers room service and daily housekeeping. Being located directly on the ocean, it’s understandable that some features such as the pool tiles need to be redone, as the salt in the air is hard on the tiles and surfaces in general, so yes the place may need a bit of a facelift here and there, but the hosts of the place more than make up for some needed TLC to the property. Hot water in Zipolite is not something to rely on in general, and the internet connection was hit or miss. We stayed in suite 2, and loved it. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay! We will be back! Pablo was the best!

Great place and great staff

Our stay at Villa Aikia was again calming, relaxing and welcoming to everyone. The front desk manager, Max, provided exceptional service, always with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Rosanna, our restaurant server, was fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed, and Pablo, our housekeeper, kept our room impeccably clean, and such a warm personality!
The rooms are very large, providing ample space to relax, and the ocean views are simply stunning. Everyone on the staff is warm and welcoming, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere, without a lot of extra fuss.
Our favorite unit is number two, and this is our second time staying here. We hope to come back for a third visit soon

Location is great - just outside of town which is more quiet and has a nice private beach. Max and entire staff were very nice and helpful

We have been to this property several times in the last few years and we absolutely love the staff, especially the front desk. The cleaners, the waiters are all outstanding giving you the best service possible. The rooms are so well appointed and very clean and they look after you very well with fresh water each day and clean towels. The views from the edge of the property over the ocean with the islands and rocks is absolutely breathtaking and astounding and it is the reason we come back. Unfortunately, this year the pool in a 1 year's time frame is completely dilapidated with half of the tiles and glass beads on the floor broken and scattered around the base of the pool. It is starting to rust out in many locations and looks completely terrible as well as being dangerous that you can cut your feet on the broken glass circular tiles. This has to be fixed because it's just not relaxing as you were tiptoeing around, making sure you don't step on a sliced broken piece of glass tile to cut your foot open or safe at this time and it needs to be emptied and completely redone and preferably not with tiles if this can happen in one year's time because it was in perfect condition last October. We wouldn't book this property again if the pool is in this condition, but we want to return here so we will call back next year and see if it has been repaired before we book this amazing property.

Un beau complexe , sur plusieurs niveaux. Nous avions la chambre panoramique toujours très propre, avec une vue incroyable sur la Mer . Mais , il faut savoir que c’est la seul chambre qui n’a pas d’air conditionné, ce qui la rends un peu inconfortable avec des temperatures de 30 degrés celcius . Pour la piscine, malheureusement celle ci n’est pas de qualitée acceptable . L’eau est brouillée et la céramique ce défait en quantité importante , des centaines de carrés tranchants de céramique ce déposent dans le fond de la piscine donc à risque de se couper les pieds ou briser les costumes de bains . Le personnel , de chambre Paolo et spécifiquement Max à la réception sont très serviables , disponibles et accueillants . Ce magnifique site donne accès à une petite plage plus intime, malheureusement la Villa Aikia contrairement à la villa Casa Sol ne prévoit aucune chaise ou parasol pour ces visiteurs. Un service qui serait tellement apprécié et facile à organiser en duo avec Casa Sol.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Aikia, we had a room with a dip pool and a fantastic large private balcony with an amazing view of the ocean! The dining options are limited but the food quality is excellent. The concierge was very helpful, Helped us to book excursions. The daily maid service was also excellent the room super clean, with a shower that opens to the outside. Thank you to the amazing team at the Villa Aikia!

Amazing staff. Max, at the front desk, was exceptional! He really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and it was! Food and drinks were outstanding.

I could not rave about this property, staff and overall experience more. It was heaven on top of a hill with stunning beach views from my room and complete peace above the beautiful town of Zipolite. To be able to go have a fun day down on the beach either relaxing or filled with local activities and then retreat up to the Aikia was a dream. Waking up and having coffee and breakfast in this oasis with those views I could do every day.
Adrian and the staff took such amazing care of my friends and I - we can’t wait to return!
