Fabulous stay !
Pros:

Stayed before so clean and convenient for us.

Cons:

A half net would be good in the large bay window at the front as there is nets in the other windows in the ground floor

Lovely room great facilities, second time staying here would go again .

Cons:

Internet connection is very poor , had problems with TV digital all the time intermittent signal , buffering constantly, and picture freezing up p and having switch off and re boot multiple times , it does need addressing . Everything else great .

A perfect stay in the heart of Lytham Saint Anne’s.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Great nights sleep, very quiet. Excellent shower. Very clean.

Cons:

The curtains were not very effective.

Spacious and comfortable
Pros:

Location was perfect. Suites had enough to make you comfortable. Nice touches like fresh milk and fruit.
Rooms were a generous size

Cons:

Apartment was very hot overnight, (we did not have heating on)

Good place but not ideal for families if they don't put you on a low floor
Pros:

Good value for money. Nice place, spotless, modern, decent size, and good location. The whole process of getting into the room with a code was much faster, and better, than having to queue at a checkin desk or anything like that. The sundries provided, such as dish soap, water etc were far more generous than most apartment style places I've previously stayed. They provided pretty much everything you need for a short stay.

Cons:

Only issue was our apartment was on the highest possible floor and climbing up and down narrow stairs with a baby, a toddler and luggage wasn't very convenient. Had to make multiple trips up and down the few times we went out, so if you're a family with young kids, then I'd suggest maybe contacting them for a low floor before booking

Fantastic Room and Location. Would definitely book it again

Great Location. Spacious Room with Large Comfortable Bed.

Cons:

The Security Key was confusing at first but only because it was the first time we had used it but I actually think it’s better than having an actual key once I’d worked it out.

Modern apartment
Pros:

Nice large apartment. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Nice kitchen area and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Didn’t like the stairs. Couldn't get Netflix or BBC player on the TV. PAarking a bit limited. There wasca big van in one of the spaces when we arrived so couldn't get in. Parked later that night.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

It’s kept exceptionally clean and essentials are provided on arrival e.g. tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits, milk. Also filtered bottled water.
The property is close to town and also the beach. The staff are very efficient and polite.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about the property,
