Rebooked & felt at home
Pros:

Lovely & very clean. Probably the best self catering in the area. Really nice touches such as coffee machine, housekeeping, fresh fruit & water.
Came here for a few weeks, this place felt like a warm hug at the end of a difficult day.

My go to place to stay when I’m in Lytham St Anne’s
Pros:

Location, size of rooms with kitchenette, easy access, plenty of parking

Cons:

No lift so difficult carrying lots of bags if on the highest level

Great Self Catering Stay, good value out of "season"
Pros:

Self Catering. Shops and evening entertainment facilities close by (pubs, restaurants). Lots of busy on street parking, free after 6pm.

Lovely Wedding anniversary stay perfect break
Pros:

The Appartment was lovely
It was so clean everything we needed
Warm and cosy.
We were room 6 up a few flight of stairs but wasn't a problem
The housekeepers were so nice and friendly and helpful Changed our towels and came in to tidy up while we were out.
Lovely big bathroom with everything you need
We stayed an extra night so stayed 3 nights
After they gave us discount for 3rd night
We will definitely be back to stay.
Walking distance to everywhere
If struggle with stairs they have 2 ground floor rooms
It was perfect they left milk water and fruit Thanks

Super Cozy and well appointed rooms. Great little get away retreat. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Cons:

We stayed on the top floor, so my mum stuggled getting up their. In future we would ask if possible and booked in advance could we stay on a lower floor x

A very relaxing stress free stay, excellent.
Pros:

The facilities were exceptional , very comfortable large bed , attentive staff, with great attention to detail.
Lovely little extras , fruit , milk and coffee machine a lovely addition.
Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable short break, would highly recommend and defiantly book again.

Cons:

The ease of booking and self checking in, the location is perfect within walking distance to seafront, shops and eateries.
Staff at hand daily , emptying bins and asking if there’s anything you need .
Nothing too much trouble, very helpful and polite.

Great trip, would recommend
Pros:

Perfect location, close to everything you could need. Nicely decorated and clean. Lovely extra touches with the milk, biscuits, fruit and even some lindts to go with the lovely festive decorations. Parking space outside served us well too as we didn’t have to worry about street parking.
