Beautiful, would stay again
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious. The staff was very quick in responding to queries. We will definitely stay again. Very close to the beach and shops, a lovely walk down from the train station.

Cons:

Bring toothpaste!! But other than that it was fab

Fantastic stay, very comfortable, clean, huge bed, all was perfect size rooms, good facilities in Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Coffee machine, fridge, cooking facilities, microwave.
Really welcoming, lovely pleasant service, who supported every need.
Welcome gifts of water, biscuits and fruit.
would definitely recommend, and we will go again.
Very pleasant quiet area, and close to all amenities, station, transport and restaurants, shops pubs and really lovely beaches and great for Walks.

Thank you for a wonderful pleasant stay, looking forward to returning again.

A gem of a place.
Pros:

We have stayed here before and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Lytham St Anne’s. The suites are absolutely lovely and are in a prime position for shops, bars and restaurants. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you would need. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay !
Pros:

Stayed before so clean and convenient for us.

Cons:

A half net would be good in the large bay window at the front as there is nets in the other windows in the ground floor

Lovely room great facilities, second time staying here would go again .

Cons:

Internet connection is very poor , had problems with TV digital all the time intermittent signal , buffering constantly, and picture freezing up p and having switch off and re boot multiple times , it does need addressing . Everything else great .

A perfect stay in the heart of Lytham Saint Anne’s.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Great nights sleep, very quiet. Excellent shower. Very clean.

Cons:

The curtains were not very effective.

Location was perfect. Suites had enough to make you comfortable. Nice touches like fresh milk and fruit.
