The milk in the fridge had gone off! Lack of body lotion in bathroom.
Had everything we needed for our holiday. And spotlessly clean.. Excellent location for all the local amenities just one street from the high street and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great communication about arrival etc.

Our second stay in the Suites property and again we have had a great weekend. Enjoyed our stay so much we've rebooked for later in the year. The location is perfect and having parking on site is a big plus, the studio was very comfortable with fresh fruit, tea and coffee products, milk and biscuits 😋 nice touches. Hand soap and shower gel supplied too. Very clean and a great comfortable bed. It's also quiet. It's a pleasure staying there and I can't wait to return

Two flights of stairs with a case were tricky.
Absolutely perfect location. You are right near to a local Wetherspoons pub and an Indian takeaway so that's your first night sorted! There is a Tesco express up the road and the main street of St Annes is right at the end of the road. It must be 5 minutes walk. Perfect! You can park in the front of the apts as there are 5 spaces but just look around locally or round the back if not. Shouldn't be too hard to park. We left the car and got the bus - which is also round the corner - to Lytham so it's very easy to navigate. You can also get to Blackpool and the local hospitals should you need them. I did last time by the way!! Lots of lovely local shops and cafes. Plenty of places to eat. The apt itself is lovely. This is our second stay in 2 years. We stayed in apt 1 on the ground floor this time. Loved it. Nice sofa. Big bed. Walk in shower. Mini kitchen. Fluffy towels and nice bedding. Thoughtful extras like milk, fresh fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee thank you. Very nice and we will book it next time as it's near to family member we visit up there. Highly recommended.
Excellent location near to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Local bus round the corner to get to Blackpool and Lytham. Lovely cafes and shops in area. Free parking. Lovely apt with big comfortable bed and the fans were well used also. Plenty of space to hang things up. Walk in shower. Lovely little extras like milk, biscuits and fresh fruit. Really nice and very practical.
Bathroom has small sink but it's managable. Everything else was lovely.
We have previously stayed here and enjoy the convenient location to the town with an allocated parking space.
If in a room on the top floor the stair lights did not come on until we were 1 staircase down. We hadn’t noticed this on our previous stay.
