Great location, everything easily accessible, great transport, lots of local shops and things to do locally. Appreciated the peace and quiet. We extended our stay for a few nights and changed rooms to a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs with a small garden and chairs. This was a birthday gift so would definitely stay again.

Cons:

My daughter says that the sofa bed in the downstairs apartment was a little worn and uncomfortable.

Design suites stay
Pros:

Was easy to find, parking was right at the front ,entry system is really good.

Cons:

Only small niggle was if you had been out for a moment to get something from your vehicle and someone was coming out from the building and you went in at the same time- the apartment door code wouldn't accept until you had entered it at the main front door-this could have been made aware for the occupants on the back of the apartment door from the owners !

We had a great stay.
Pros:

Lovely apartment, clean, modern. Bathroom great too. Tiny negative was no bedside shelf/table to put water or phone on. We have stayed twice before in other apartments in the same block and all were really good. Close to all local amenities. Will definitely be back.

Stairs going up to apartment quite steep.

Great place to enjoy St Annes and surrounding areas
Pros:

Our second stay in the Suites property and again we have had a great weekend. Enjoyed our stay so much we've rebooked for later in the year. The location is perfect and having parking on site is a big plus, the studio was very comfortable with fresh fruit, tea and coffee products, milk and biscuits 😋 nice touches. Hand soap and shower gel supplied too. Very clean and a great comfortable bed. It's also quiet. It's a pleasure staying there and I can't wait to return
