Cons:

Die Bettwäsche war teilweise beschädigt und es waren Haare darauf. Die Zimmer wurden nicht täglich gereinigt. Im Hotel waren Zigarettengeruch und laute Musik aus anderen Bereichen zu hören. Das WLAN war schlecht. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Leider entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht den Erwartungen.

A great option for a few nights' stay right in the city center. Clean and warm.
Pros:

Overall, the rooms were very cozy, bright, and clean. They cleaned them daily (despite some negative comments in the reviews), and the towels were refreshed. The plumbing was new, which is very important for this part of the city, and there were no interruptions in water or electricity. The air conditioning worked well for heating (it was abnormally cold for Istanbul at the end of April when I visited). The location was excellent. Even though it was right in the center, near Istiklal and Taksim, with its many bars and cafes in the side streets, I felt safe and calm when I was alone. It wasn't noisy at all at night, as the hotel is just around the corner from the bars and cafes. When I asked reception if my friend (she's a local but lives far from the center) could stay overnight with me because we were late returning from a concert, they generously agreed. Everything was so good that I even wanted to stay another three nights (and they had rooms), but they explained that it would be better to leave for another part of the city before May 1st, otherwise there would be problems getting to the airport. It was a very humane thing to do. Thank you!

Cons:

When booking, I knew about nearby renovations and chose a street-view room over a courtyard. However, there’s construction across the street too, so it gets noisy by 8 a.m. In the end, window direction doesn’t matter-keep this in mind at check-in. It’s temporary and not the hotel’s fault, but earplugs help. P.S. Street-side renovations were almost done, while courtyard work had just started. ;)

فندق جميل يحتاج الى القليل من الاهتمام ليصبح مثالي
Pros:

موقع الفندق وتعامل موظفين الرسبشن كان رائع المنطقة هادئة بالرغم من موقعه بنص تقسم ولكن لايجود بجوارة اي محلات او بارات. اعجبني جدا

كل شي كان رائع هناك بعض النقاط لو تم العمل عليها حيكون مثالي
تجديد اثاث الغرف قليلا والاهتمام بالتراس لانه مختلف عن الصور كان يوجد بالصور جلسة مرتبه مع شجر لكن الواقع كراسي مليئة بالغبار ولا يوجد اي زرع وايضا ذكر اطلالتها على حديقة ولكن كان الواقع اطلالة على عمار تحت الانشاء

Se encuentra al lado de una obra en construcción y de un bar. Lo que significa que todos los días a las 7am comienzan los martilleos al lado de la habitación y en la noche el bar tiene música fuerte hasta las 4am o más. Dormir no es para nada placentero, no hay buena auslacion acústica y el olor a cigarrillo es permanente, creería que porque fuman al limpiarte la habitación o por la ventilación Central
