The room was spacious and clean. The buffet was worth the cost. The staff was not so nice but maybe this was due to the language barrier. I would stay at this hotel again.
It’s a scam as there’s no shuttle and my daughter + 2-year old were stuck at the airport. I’m fighting for a refund.
2-3 star facility that charges at 5 star level. Definitely paying for the convenience tax.
Terribly rude staff who take forever to process guests. No one in the airport has any clue on how to get to airside and it took us ages to find the place in spite of so called instructions from hotel. Very overpriced and staff are very smug about it.
Quick check in, big clean 1 bedroom unit. Can’t beat the convenience .
Room was very small. Couldn't sleep because noise in the hallway doors make loud noise when shut by other guests.
We were overnighting in the Istanbul airport and for the amount of money expected more than a partially used roll of toilet paper. But more importantly, having coffee in the room for that price was expected. Instead we were told that we had to buy the entire breakfast at 45 Euros to get any coffee.
Everything is good
Very good option
But
If u book via expedia ur check in is 9 pm check out is 9 am
If u book direct u get earlier check in and check out is 11 am
20 euros for each additional hour and u have to pay in person not via phone not online (physically get out of the room to front desk)
Breakfast ok
It’s an airport hotel so it suits its purpose and a specific need. The rooms were clean and decent size considering it’s in an airport. The air conditioning was terrible so room was very warm and stuffy. Only interacted with front desk staff - they seemed grumpy.
extremely convenient if a bit weird due to cheap plastic furnishings and long check in line
I booked my stay through Expedia and stayed in a Premium King Room for a 10-hour layover. The experience was excellent.
The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for getting a solid rest between flights. The bed was good and I was able to get great, uninterrupted sleep.
The best part is the location inside the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. No need to leave the terminal or go through security again—everything is right there, just steps from your gate.
Staff were professional and efficient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and quick, which is exactly what you need during a short stay.
I highly recommend YOTEL Istanbul if you have a layover and need a comfortable, stress-free place to stay inside the airport. Booking through Expedia made it easy and hassle-free.
I had booked the junior suite since I was with the family and also had a baby crib for a long layover. it was convenient and staff had everything ready for us as planned.
Rooms are tiny but that’s totally okay for the purpose. Saying this for those who need a bigger room. Also don’t think you are going to get a beauty sleep! You ll hear alarms all the time and people walking back and forth! Which is obvious too
Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. My family and I paid over $1000 for two rooms, only to be met with a truly horrible experience. The check-in and check-out times were bizarre—8 p.m. to 9 a.m.—and made no sense. The staff was incredibly rude and argumentative, with the manager being the worst of all.
To top it all off, the noise was unbearable. Every time our neighbors used their shower or opened their door, the sound was so loud it was impossible to rest. I would honestly rather sleep on an airport chair than ever stay here again. I will never be back.
I booked one night at Yotelair for my parents, since they got a very long layover
The rooms are so nice and clean. And the staff is very friendly and polite. I’m glad we booked it instead of just waiting for next plane. Got up refreshed and ready to go.
Great place to book with an overnight layover. We were able to sleep in a comfy bed instead of trying to push through random seats in the airport. Great stay!
Great place to catch few hours of sleep.
The hotel is excellent, just overpriced.
