Whenever we arrive in Memphis, we will stay at Arrive.
Pros:

Our stay at Arrive Memphis was great. From the gracious desk clerk to the valet who handled our car and then to the bartender who gave us some good tips on restaurants and places to be sure and see, we found the staff delightful. Our rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and we enjoyed the choices at the breakfast bar and Happy Hour. We can recommend this hotel to you.

Don’t hesitate but if you want a brownie, plan ahead!
Pros:

Great location - walk to Beale street and the civil Rights Museum. Cool lobby. Great Sunday happy hour with yummy pizza at 1/2 price and $7 glass of Cabaret.

Cons:

It was very bright at night from the was the room was configured - the light from the bathroom and the frig kept me up. We could not purchase a dessert at the front desk at 5:15pm because the cafe was closed.

I definitely recommend to those visiting Memphis and will for sure stay again.
Pros:

Loved the location. Easy to access all the area attractions and River walk. I was attended to quickly by the valet and offered help with my bags. Greeted warmly upon entering the building. Check-in was easy. Loved the decor and vibe of the bar and bakery. My room was amazing. Loved the decor, the bedding and the shower. The Salt and Stone bath products were a plus.

I came in late from to a comfortable and welcoming space that I enjoyed relaxing in for a few hours.
Pros:

The space was clean and beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The area felt very safe, and there were a couple bars nearby in walking distance. The coffee and pastry I had in the lobby was very enjoyable.

Cons:

There was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, but the staff was accomodating in getting me an ice bucket. The shower was out of soap. Innocent enough, but that was an opportunity for improvement. The door to the room doesn't shut automatically, which was a little unusual, so I had to make sure to shut the door behind me.

Stay here, you won’t be disappointed
Pros:

This property inside is stunning! It had the most amazing gorgeous rustic/ modern room.
The staff was amazing. Close to everything we wanted to do. Just blocks away from the most amazing bars and restaurants. The coffee bar inside the lobby is so good

Overall, lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is super cute, clean and in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was super friendly. Overall, it's a great place.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have coffee in the room. Had to buy coffee from the shop downstairs and it was a small cup for like 6 bucks. For the price of the room, coffee should be included. It was nice there was a gym but there's only 2 machines, a treadmill and a peleton.

Very nice bathroom/shower

a roll was 6 bucks--too much

Cons:

the air conditioner went off and on about every 3 minutes--waking me up each time. I pulled up at the valet park and was yelled at and told I could not stop there---I asked where I go for parking and he changed his mind and said I could do valet here for $40.00. He must not have felt well cuz he was rude.
