Super cool and recently refurbished property which was easy to find when driving. Friendly and efficient staff all through. Hard to think there is a better hotel in Memphis.

Quite Disappointing
Pros:

Great decor and vibe

Cons:

There wasn’t any staff around when pulling into valet and then walking inside to check in. It felt like the twilight zone. Standing around waiting for staff to arrive. Additionally all the doors on our floor CREAKED when opening and closing. Very disruptive when trying to sleep, and could be solved with a single staff member and some quick spritzes of wd-40. The whole stay felt like this. The level of quality the hotel was selling was not what the staff seemed capable of delivering.

Arrive is consistent, the housekeeping team does an amazing job at the property.
Pros:

The hotel experience is consistent, the staff won't overwhelm you and does just enough to make a visit consistent with other such properties in the region.

Fab hotel with parking issues
Pros:

Fabulous and spacious warehouse style room. Lovely bathroom with clever sliding doors. Great view of city skyline from upper floors. Cool bar and coffee lounge

Cons:

No place to unload luggage in front of hotel. Only valet parking or paid street parking, not informed upfront. Smelly elevator.

Breakfast was a disappointment. This was our 4th visit and first time the food want up to standard. The toast (a past favorite) wasn't edible also true of the eggs.

Good hotel but the area isn’t.
Pros:

Nice reception and bar area, complete with games etc.

Cons:

Little storage in the room or bathroom.
Location a bit out of the centre and felt a bit unsafe in the area walking about.

Overall a great place to stay.
Pros:

Rooms are nice and roomy, beds are comfortable. Nice quaint atmosphere.

Cons:

Parking sucks, had to use the valley which cost extra and when traveling with two cars, an even bigger added expense.

Location very central for Beale street
Pros:

Staff all very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Lots of maintenance issues during the stay need to address these, aircon not working first room, no safe in 2nd room (as missing) coffee machine not working one day, lift not working on day of check out
