Really enjoyed it despite a couple quirks!

Cons:

The fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel for a short time at 1:30 AM!

The second morning our showers were lukewarm at best!

Perfect for my needs!
Pros:

I love that they renovated an old warehouse. Extremely modern conveniences in a room that had polished cement floors and industrial looking ceilings. I think it's one of the nicest showers I've ever used. I like how big it was, and I liked that the showerhead was on the opposite wall from the controls. Towels were excellent. I like the sliding door that displayed either the mini bar and closet or the sink. The staff was extremely accommodating and cordial. Valet parking was efficient and polite. Location was great. Very close to the national civil rights Museum, which is a gem! 15 minute walk to Beale Street 20 minute walk to peabody hotel to watch the ducks walk across the lobby.

Cons:

The bed was a little soft, but that might just be my personal preference.

A nightmare
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The location was great.

Cons:

The concerns we had there were two dogs in the room next to ours which they barked and Saturday night they barked until 3am waking us up. The hotel fire alarm went off in the middle of the night waking all the guests to go outside and there wasn’t a fire. One of the staff members said that wasn’t the first and they need to get that addressed. Then our room had a very bad sewage smell that only worsened as we stayed to the point Saturday was horrible trying to rest. The hotel also knew in advanced we were there celebrating my husband’s 76th Birthday. I’m not looking for money back I’m looking for accountability. The hotel was not concerned about my issues and also the steam iron didn’t work and I had to request an iron. I might try them again because of the location but it will be a whole before we return there.

Great stay, just what we were looking for.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, quiet room, comfy bed. We had a great nights sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was really good. Free refills on drip coffee was a nice plus. We found free parking on the street.

Cons:

No complaints.
