Pros:

Best hotel we stayed at on our road trip from Utah to Texas, then north along the 55, then west along the 70. We spent almost 2 weeks on the road and this was the best place we stayed! So comfortable, such an amazing vibe, and a great location! We had the best food we have ever eaten nearby at Central Barbecue, and were able to check out the Lorraine Motel the next morning before leaving the city.

Booked ARRIVE twice in one week!
Pros:

We chose ARRIVE Memphis because of the price - but were pleasantly surprised at the quality that came with such affordability! A cozy boutique hotel with lots to enjoy - public areas, hotel bar area, coffee and pastry bar, valet parking, excellent location. The room was like being in a downtown loft - big windows, brick walls. Great bed and linens, creative bathroom setup, good shower. Actually chose it going on our trip and rebooked returning!

If I had to complain, I didn't get a firm pillow that I had asked for. But it really wasn't major at all.

Friendly, warm and stunning. A perfect stay.
Pros:

So so nice. The factory conversion is amazing. High ceiling, lovely brickwork. It also smells delightful.

Cons:

I can’t say I enjoyed the service in the cafe, but whatever, it must be annoying serving hungover/tired/grumpy people all morning.

The staff and location of the hotel was lovely.

I liked the location and the staff was also friendly.

Pros:

I will always choose ARRIVE to stay. It's a no-brainer. I love the service, the rooms, the employees. If I could live there I would, in a heart beat! The experience each time is grand! The only con, not even bad, I asked for a firm pillow and when I came back to the room I never received it. But it's all good because I asked for another robe and it was there fast! I appreciate you Rich!

Whatever spray y'all use in the room, it bet called peace because I swear I get the best sleep every single night.

Loved it, great location with tons of history around every corner
Pros:

Great property. Super comfy rooms that are designed perfectly. The staff was absolutely the best, from our valet bringing us a luggage cart to Zack at the front desk and a nightcap with Grant at the bar. Coffee in the morning with great pastries and our valet once again taking care of us facilitating our departure.

Cons:

Nothing, so glad we found the Arrive property.

Can not say enough good things!
Pros:

Fantastic boutique hotel full of eclectic Southern charm. The staff are friendly, professional and gracious.

I had a couple of breakfasts at Hustle and Dough. The avocado toast was spectacular and they offer a wide variety of delicious coffee drinks.

The bartender at Bar Hustle was very accommodating and custom crafted a cocktail for me that was spectacular.

The rooms are well sized and well appointed. I love the eclectic Southern charm of the decor. The design of the room with the sliding closet door that does double duty as the bathroom mirror is pure genius! The bed was very comfortable and comes with a nice blanket on top.

I had a fantastic stay and hope to make another visit!
