Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, having a shower bench was very helpful, the Salt & Stone scent was delectable - I'm a little obsessed now, location was amazing. I loved being central yet removed from Beale and the more touristy part of town. Within walking distance to great restaurants. The decor was stunning - I actually took some notes for my own home. Appreciated being on the first floor. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

We were erroneously charged for drinks we didn't take, but it was rectified quickly and smoothly. I struggled with the sensor at the front door after hours, but got the hang of it eventually. Otherwise, truly no complaints.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Memphis
Pros:

Loved this quirky place. The location was superb, room was clean and thoughtfully designed, staff were friendly and helpful and the cafe/bar was a great place to chill out. Fantastic!

Memphis modern charm!
Pros:

This is one of the cutest boutique hotels we’ve stayed at. So comfortable and welcoming. The staff was genuinely caring and friendly. The room was huge and very well accommodated. And they use Salt and Stone products! A nice touch!

Really enjoyed it despite a couple quirks!

The fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel for a short time at 1:30 AM!

The second morning our showers were lukewarm at best!
