Pros:

The public bathes were very nice, super relaxing, and the areas to hang out and eat, read manga, relax, etc. were incredible.

Cons:

I thought the capsules where we slept were a bit too hard for me, so sleeping was a little bit uncomfortable, but otherwise I had a nice time.

Pros:

宿泊した翌日の朝、洗濯などをしていた女性に質問をしたのだが、とても丁寧に説明かつその場所まで案内してくださり、好印象ばっちりでした。

Cons:

最初の入館時の受付をした男性の担当者は笑顔もなく、説明も早口で雑な対応だった上に、入館する時のゲートがどうすればいいのかわからずに迷っていた時も、正面から見える位置にいるのに何の声かけや寄り添う姿勢もなく、受付担当は総じて悪印象しかない
