Great location, clean, and comfortable.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Rooms and hotel was clean. Bathroom was also clean. We had 2 adults and 2 teens in one room. We fit fine.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. We could not eat much of it. The second day of our stay - we skipped the hotel breakfast. I recommend skipping breakfast here.

Good rooms and location, need to train the staff in assisting travellers
Pros:

Very pleasant stay, rooms are spacious and well appointed considering the small space available. Excellent location between 2 subway stations, and close to several konbini for supplies.
The staff are friendly and obliging, however need to be more prepared to assist travellers. We asked for advice on how to transfer to the airport at the end of our stay and they (a) had no idea and (b) showed no interest in finding an answer for us. This type of request should be very common in hotels in a major city !
The hotel has a small bus to shuttle passengers to two local attractions, it should also include shuttle to main train station.

楽しかったです。
Pros:

立地が良く、地下鉄やバスでたくさん回れて充実した旅になりました。

地下鉄利用して、観光や飲食に便利、快適です。
飲み物サービスもほどよく、夜は時間限定で日本酒が試飲できます。静かなエリアです。
