had a great stay with family.
Pros:

stayed for four nights. super friendly staff with excellent English checked us in.
room quite small for four but we managed. only water kettle in room, no microwave/cuttlery/etc.
room was very clean and beds comfy!
elevator on building
check out was slick.
hotel offers tours.
very close to train station (two minutes)
very close to castle and palace (15 minutes by foot)
offered nightly sake tasting but we never managed to attend as we were simply too tired....
staff will store you luggage after check out!

お部屋にコンセントが多く便利でした。お部屋のテレビでコインランドリーの利用状況を確認できるのもありがたかったです。また、朝食会場のスタッフさんのご対応が丁寧で好印象でした。

Cons:

お部屋のゴミ箱に前の宿泊者のゴミが残ったままになっていたのと、脱衣所付近でゴキブリの幼虫を見かけました。
