From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

THE AIRCOND NOT COLD AT ALL (ROOM 508). ITS HARD TO SLEEP AT NIGHT, THE AIRCOND IS FUNCTION BUT NOT COLD AT ALL. FEEL LIKE CRYING WHILE SLEEP BECAUSE VERY HOT. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!

We zijn navde 3de dag gaan lopen daar , het hotel is geen ster waard ,
Pros:

Vuil, vies , stoffig,heel slechte service, 3 dagen zelfde handdoeken en geen bed werd opgedekt wc bril stuk

Cons:

Heel slordig en vies , geen service , op foto bij Bookingvkom zag het er mooi uit ,na ons zijn ook andere reizigers gaan lopen bij WoW hotel

Bad. Stole our deposit. Not as advertised.
Cons:

It was poor. Bathroom flooded, playground so dirty & broken our 3 year old even didn't want to play. And in the end, they didn't give us our room deposit back because the cash was 'locked' in the draw. We left them with our bank account details, but we know they've just stolen the deposit money.
