Nice and clean, too many American tourists.
Pros:

The rooms were a little larger than is typical in Japan, this was a welcome relief from some of the minuscule rooms we encountered in other hotels. Everything was very clean and the front desk staff were lovely.

Cons:

If you are looking for a typical Japan experience, this is not the place. The hotel hosts a large number of American tourists who are **loud**. The breakfast room noise level was near intolerable at times, with people entertaining loud conversations across tables, etc. This offensive behaviour to Japanese culture likely impacted the breakfast staff, who could be gruff, showing signs of tourist fatigue. If I return to Tokyo, I will stay in a more local, less touristy hotel and area.

Modern facility with very nice staff
Pros:

Very safe: I forgot my gold necklace in a room and I went back the next day and they had found it. Modern hotel, great buffet breakfast. Each room is only for 2 people so if you have kids older than 6, you need to count them as adults. Also they offer sodium candies to combat the heat (a life saver for us).

The rooms are really small. The room also smelled like smoke. The hallways had a strange smell.

Excelente! A recepcao foi muito boa, quarto simples e confortavel, chuveiro bom. Nada a reclamar, com certeza, voltaria outras vezes.

Bien mais un peu cher
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, dans un quartier sympa. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propre. Le personnel était très gentil et le ménage était bien fait et bien géré.

Cons:

La chambre trop petite pour 3 personnes. Quasiment aucun rangement (juste 6 ou 8 cintres). Rien pour poser les valises. Heureusement que nous n'avions que des valises de cabine car il n'y aurait pas eu la place d'une ouvrir une grande parterre (sauf à bloquer l'accès à la porte et à la salle de bain). Pour 1 à 2 nuits, ca n'aurait pas posé problème mais pour 6 nuits, ce n'était vraiment pas pratique.
Par ailleurs, il n'y a que 2 machines à laver et 2 sèche-linges pour tout l'hôtel.
