We were welcomed by the friendly staff, who provided a good overview of the hotel ammenities . The only downside was we had 3 people in our room and it was quite cramped. That aside, the main train station, Okachimachi, was 5 minutes away and was an easy walk with luggage. There are lots of dining options over by the train station along with some mainstream coffee shops. There are also a range of golf shops tucked away, use google maps, which offer a wide selection and tax free pricing.
Very comfortable stay during our 6 nights here, good selection of food items in the complimentary buffet breakfast, excellent view of the city including Tokyo Skytree from the 14th floor. Also offered free soba, sake and tea every night on the 14th floor. Extremely convenient location from several subway and train stations, as well as kombinis and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this as a great location.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our requests. The location is convenient, close to various facilities, and the shopping experience was excellent.

Nice hotel in a good location. There is an abundance of dining and shopping within walking distance with two train stations nearby. The rooms are very nice and the free sake tasting and soba noodles in the evening are a great touch!
Last minute booking turned out to be a great choice and good value with the gold member discount. Highlights are the generous size of the bed, clean shower, toilet area and blackout curtains. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is ideally located right alongside the JR line, providing excellent convenience for travel and access to nearby destinations.
The staff delivered outstanding service, consistently attentive and ensuring our party felt well cared for throughout our stay. The morning buffet offered a wide selection of dishes and thoughtfully included detailed allergen information, which was particularly valuable as one member of our group has dietary restrictions.
Guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was straightforward and efficient.
Staff were amazing, extremly helpful, spend unlimited time in helping you. There was a person in particular Mrs. Kaneko Yumi which went out 9f her way to make our stay pleasent. She even got us taxi, bus any thing we needed.

It’s a clean well maintained property. 2 minutes walk to Hibiya lines. Other lines are within 8 minutes.
What stands out is their 14th cafe open from 6:30 every night. Nice view of Tokyo tower and night city. The hotel offer free sake testing and peach tea. And free ramen at 8:45. Wow. What a treat.
Clean nicely equipped room. Convenience location few minutes walk to train stations and shopping.
Amazing hotel. Easy to find, less than 1 block from a subway station entrance and very close to all the shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and so friendly. There is a water fountain at the lobby so you can fill your empty water bottles. The hotel also offers free bottled water each day you decline the cleaning service (they still take out trash and replace towels in the room). I would stay here again next time in Tokyo
Great service and large rooms.
Very friendly. Near transit. Clean. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Evening complementary noodles with tea and sake also a nice touch. The view from the cafe of SkyTree was a lovely surprise. Only complaints were the finicky key. At times it took a dozen tries before my key would unlock the door.
