Angenehm
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, schön und modern eingerichtet.
Es war nicht laut so konnte man gut schlafen, und die Lage ist auch gut, desweiteren stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Es wäre toll wenn eine Waschmaschine vorhanden wäre.

Sauberes Zimmer mit Top Ausstattung

Cons:

Der Code für die Zimmer Türe ist am Anreise Tag leider nicht gegangen 😢 Habe aber beim Service angerufen und man hat mir die Türe direkt nach weniger als 1 Minute aufgemacht

Sehr unkompliziert organisiert, gerne wieder!
Cons:

Das Zimmer war in Richtung Hauptstraße, entsprechend mit offenen Fenstern zu laut. Sonst alles so weit in Ordnung. Tiefgarage im Haus!!! Bäckerei in dem Gebäude!

Bien mais ambiance froide : des codes mais pas de personnel.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la taille de la chambre, la propreté, le parking sous-terrain, le petit déjeuner chez Mangold au RdC.

Cons:

Recevoir 4 messages par Booking sur le paiement (déjà effectué) mais ne pas recevoir les codes d’accès au parking, à l’entrée et à la chambre avant d’arriver, comme annoncé.
Il y a eu un problème avec le message WhatsApp de 12:10 qui n’est arrivé (avec un double) qu’après une relance téléphonique à 23h.
L’assistance appelée au tel n’a pas été très agréable et m’a soutenu avoir l’AR du message. Comment puisqu’il ne m’avait pas été délivré ?
Par ailleurs, les messages WhatsApp ont ensuite été retirés, y compris de mon téléphone, y compris ceux des années précédentes (comment ?).
Donc il n’y a pas de preuves.
