The BEST stay EVER!!
Pros:

Loved EVERYTHING! The staff were so helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and plenty of storage. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge and kettle. Great shower. The room was very hot. The temperature is locked and I had to go down to reception first night around 2am as melting. Reception said he couldn't lower temperature so suggested we turned off aircon at panel and open the window ( which would only open a couple of inches for safety reasons- on 3rd floor). The beds and pillows were so comfy. Appreciated the free coffee and mini muffins at breakfast and adored the free wine after 7.30pm! We'd come back after a long day sightseeing and play a game in reception and have a glass. There's a carre fore express a couple of minutes walk away to grab snacks to accompany the wine if room after dinner. The location is faultless walkable to all the sights- so central. You could not pick a better hotel- 100% recommend. They booked a taxi for us to go to airport, the €33 fixed fee is great to know you'll not get ripped off.

Cons:

Apart from room being hot , which is better than bring too cold, and could be our age (!!) EVERYTHING was perfect.

Super obiekt, który zawsze będę bardzo polecał.
Pros:

Wyśmienita lokalizacja! Obiekt znajduje się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie wielu zabytków. Do dyspozycji jest kilka stacji metra w pobliżu (300-400 metrów). Duży plus to całodobowa recepcja, która zawsze służy pomocą. W określonych godzinach porannych jak i wieczornych hotel dla swych gości serwuje darmowe, gorące i zimne napoje, drobne przekąski a także lampkę wina (godziny wieczorne), która może być zwieńczeniem całodziennego zwiedzania tego pięknego miasta. Apartament wyposażony jest bardzo dobrze i nie ma potrzeby zabierania ze sobą w podróż wielu rzeczy. Na pewno będę rekomendował ten apartament wszystkim znajomym, którzy planują odwiedzić stolicę Hiszpanii.

Konumu iyiydi, çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Lobide ikramları sevdik. Özellikle otele dönüşlerde lobide bir kadeh şarapla yorgunluğumuzu attık. 24 saat resepsiyonda birileri var. Otel sokağı geceleri sakin ve güvenliydi. Operaya 2, sol ve plaza mayora 5 dk. Yakınlarda Gyoza satan bir yer var, güzel bir deneyimdi.

Cons:

Yapısal sorunlar var. Örneğin duvarlar çok ince. Yan odanın zil sesi siz uyandırıyor. Hatta Kendi zilimiz sandık. Koridordaki bavul sesini net olarak duyuyorsunuz. Oda küçük. Sofa açıldığında yürüyecek yer kalmıyor. Her şeyi üst üste koymak zorunda kaldık, bundan hoşlanmadım. Otelin yan binasında inşaat var, çalışmaya başlıyorlar. Bu otelle ilgili bir sorun değil ama belirtmekte yarar var. Otel anlaşmalı taksi 33 euroya havaalanına gidiyor, uber ortalama 20 euro.
