Pros:

Very clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Did not receive housekeeping on our last full day. The staff apologized and brought us clean towels but I had to emp6our own trash.

Prepare to be disturbed by your neighbors but the rooms are clean.
Pros:

It was clean but generic.

Cons:

The ceiling was like a sheet of cardboard. It sounded like water buffalo were playing soccer upstairs but I’m guessing it was just children playing for a few hours before bed. It was horrible. The acoustics suck and the room was so bland.

Will not stay again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the pool was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was just okay. The breakfast staff was incredibly rude even though we paid for 8 people and only had 7. There was no hot tub. The guy who checked us in tried to charge us again for the rooms even though we had already paid before arriving. Paid $125 for dinner that was gross.

Pros:

It's in the nice place. Beds, bathroom are clean and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast doesn't have an option especially for vegans. We went for 2 nights, Sunday and Monday.No Buffet available on weekdays. Need improvement on it

NOT GOOD!
Pros:

The convenience to highways is great.

Cons:

I had no hot water for my first shower so ended up with a very cool shower until about the time I was getting out and then it started to get warm.
I couldn’t get internet in my room and had to go to the business center which at the time was very inconvenient.
The ice machine was clear on the other side of the fourth floor which is where my room was.
I had room 420 which faced 270. Extremely loud day and night. I will in the request another room. Which btw, another room was offered but I had already unpacked and gotten settled in before knowing how loud it was going to be. The front desk did offer to bring up a sound machine. Not sure if that was a joke or not, but one never appeared.
I did try to get the front desk a few times and the phone on the nightstand just gave me a quick busy signal. EVERY TIME I tried to call down.
The room was never cleaned and I was there 3 nights. Not sure if you have to request that, but no one mentioned that.
Kiera at the front desk when I arrived was extremely friendly and pleasant. I can’t say that about the rest of the staff especially the African American women with blonde/reddish hair. I believe I heard someone call her Jackie?
I may not stay here again. I was not at all pleased with my stay this time
