Great location, love the hot tub and pool. Rooms were spacious.
Pros:

good breakfast, add non-milk option

Cons:

We put out the clean sign only once during our stay and no one came. It was not on the weekend. Not sure if I was suppose to call?

Thieves and Liars.
Pros:

Not a single thing. Go anywhere else!!

Cons:

They claimed we were a “no show” even though we messaged the property through booking.com and they said they could not honor our booking BUTTTT, that we could pay more to have our original room. The front desk man was horrible, unethical and a total brick wall. The manager was called and he was a thief. We did not receive the room we had already paid for, and the thieves seemed to win… but we’re not done. They stole over $800 and wanted us to pay for the room again otherwise they couldn’t help us. We are not done here. RUNNNNN away from this property because the front desk man said, “You have NO idea how often this happens… which means that they line their pockets off of unsuspecting families. Pure evil. Unethical. Unapologetic thieves.

Feel right at home, all the luxuries, and great location!
Pros:

We enjoy the suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and nice spacious living room. It would be nice to have a little table and chairs in the living room, or a fold up one, more portable. Love it though!

Wished we had a table and more chairs in the living area.

Positive experience and clean/quiet family hotel
Pros:

Convenient location. Nice pool. Well lit parking lot. Hotel very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast selection and happy hour food options.

Cons:

Light over cooking surface didn't work. Tub wouldn't drain but maintenance fixed it.

Won’t book here again
Cons:

There was no crib at this site despite it saying there was a crib available upon request which we requested when we booked. We had to buy a crib which was very disappointing

Eine Unterkunft für Familien mit Kinder! Sehr Hellhörig! In 4Tagen wurden die Zimmer kein einziges Mal gesäubert!!

It was ok but I think other hotels might offer more for the cost.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was clean, spacious, and safe. It was easy to get to and not far from downtown and located near several restaurants, stores, and theaters.

Cons:

Our room was very noisy with sounds from above and around. The continental breakfast was just ok as there could have been some healthier options available. The hotel seemed short staffed during breakfast as dishes were often empty and needed filling. The ice machine in the dining room g area also ran out of ice. Most other hotels also offer some sort of 24 hour drink station where you can at least get some lemonade or coffee.

Awesome!
Pros:

This is our second time staying at this location. The free laundry, meals, and friendly staff make it such a comfortable place to stay. We’ll probably be back! Great value!
