Second time we’ve been here and will return:)
Pros:

Tim, the night manager was very helpful. The pool and sun were clean and open for adults later. Breakfast was very good. My room was spacious and clean.

It was a place to stay.

Cons:

Dirty things in the room. No refund...yet. Will speak with Manager. The guy in the morning was the only helpful one...he was great! Also, the guy from the breakfast buffet.

Things were dirty. Gave us an "icky" feeling. It's definitely not like it used to be. Blood or some bodily fluid was on the wall...behind the couch. Dirty dishes. Hair and stains on towels and a pillow.

The beds were comfy, there is plenty of room and the bathroom is very spacious.

Cons:

The couch pillows were worn. The bathroom plug could have been closer to the vanity, and there should have been a plug near the island.
I understand there are ice makers in the fridge, but I feel like there should still be icemakers on the hotel floors. There isn't always going to be ice in the freezer bucket.

Love our stay there. Thank you for your hard work to keep everything clean and very well maintained.
Pros:

We came just for a couple of days to explore Holland and surrounding beaches and state parks. It was a great trip, the hotel is really great, food is good, we really appreciate that both breakfast and dinner were served, it was so convenient, especially with kids, the facility is very clean, very well maintained and quiet, dogs are allowed and we had one with us too. Nice people everywhere, the rooms, pool, the hot tab, the patio, everything was so nice and clean. Friendly staff. Honestly, I wish we could stay more days, but needed to come back home to work. It was so pleasant, simply amazing stay. Definitely, looking forward to come back again.
