Nice accommodations
Pros:

Good breakfast. The room was very nice and clean.

Cons:

The remote for the TV in our room was not working. We could turn the TV on but could not change channels. The man working at the front desk tried to help a few times, but it still wouldn't work. He finally brought us a different cable box and that worked. But the total time involved in getting things to work was about 2 hours and very frustrating.

I feel that we should’ve been offered an apology by the manager of that hotel, as well as some sort of credit or refund

I was sexually harassed and this same man exposed himself to me in the computer room by someone that this hotel gave a room to there.. This occurred at 8am in the morning on 8/10/26 and this was after this same individual gave the front desk staff “bad vibes” the night before . After this individual exposed himself to me he followed me around and was lurking at me. I honestly feel that has I gone back to the room by myself, He would’ve taken me out of the hotel and done who knows what to me.. The front desk staff who worked on the morning of August 10th was great, but the manager was terrible. He didn’t even come out to say anything to us about what had occurred or even offer to refund or credit us on our hotel stay… Charges were pressed and filed, and the man was arrested… he has a record of countless numbers of felonies, including theft and robbery, as well as he was on probation for having exposed himself to someone else . Neither I nor my family will be returning to this hotel again.

Wonderful stay for our son's wedding. Grandkids loved the pool area.
Pros:

Great pool and hot tub. Extensive breakfast area, fresh fruit options for granola. Real cups for good coffee. Hot breakfast options.

Cons:

Shower drained toward the sink instead of the floor drain (Rm 234) Shower faucet was loose and tile missing on shower entry wall.

An Awesome and Clean Hotel
Pros:

We LOVED everything about this hotel! For the last 10 years our family visits Holland a few times a year and we have always stayed at a neighboring hotel and over the years it is starting to look run down. This year we decided to try something new and stay at Staybridge Suites. We were impressed the moment we walked into the front lobby. Melissa greeted me at the front desk when we arrived, later in the evening greeted by Tim who was so friendly and professional and filled with information about the hotel and Holland. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and high countertop and bar stools for eating. The room was immaculate and very spacious. Great breakfast bar with large dining area, lounging area, business center, fitness center, laundry facilities, large swimming and hot tub area and our favorite was the long outdoor fire pit and patio for entertaining and grilling. We will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend.

Pros:

Camera molto grande e pulita, con anche un angolo cottura. Ampio parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima e abbondante colazione.

Cons:

Nonostante ci sia il divieto di fare rumore dalle 23 alle 6, si sente un rumore esterno continuo (probabilmente legato al funzionamento di qualche impianto) che non permette un riposo ottimale.

Great location, love the hot tub and pool. Rooms were spacious.

We put out the clean sign only once during our stay and no one came. It was not on the weekend. Not sure if I was suppose to call?
