Cons:

Noise of young people running round late.
Only way to cool down apartment was to open front door, resulting in kids walking in to the apartment.

I had to leave early mentioned two days before leaving but was still charged for the whole booking.
This would not have happened in e.g. Radisson.

Für ein bis zwei Nächte sehr gut!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhlcode ging nicht.
Es gab erst Probleme mit dem Herd, aber das haben wir hingekriegt, die Antwort zu unserer Anfrage per Mail kam dazu etwas spät.
Leider war es nicht möglich von der Unterkunft aus, unseren Aufenthalt auf eine Nacht zu verringern. Booking hätte zugestimmt.
Jetzt klären wir noch eine kleinere Differenz der Summe, zu der wir gebucht haben und was uns per PayPal abgebucht wurde.

Sehr schlechte, weiche Betten. Am Abend stinkt es plötzlich nach Knoblauch obwohl alle Fenster geschlossen sind

Kloakklukt fra bad i perioder sterk lukt,renhold skap og under senger,sett gjerne frem mopp til egen vask under opphold,tv koblinger og nett forbindelse virker ikke ,løse bordben,lite oppholdsplass dårlig løsning

Pros:

A nice and practical apart-hotel. Next to the station and the center but in in quiet area. Clean, well-equipped and for those who is aware of Stavanger weather - has huge TV :)

Cons:

Was there in spring, don't know how it is in winter, but looks cold. Windows are simple and if it is loud outside - it is loud inside as well.
