Great stay. Very nice and comfortable. .
Pros:

The position by the harbour was lovely. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and spacious
Higiwara in the restaurant was so very courteous and kind at breakfast and looked after us so well. All in all extremely nice stay.

A wonderful hotel to stay if you’re in the Yokohama area
Pros:

This place was at a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Accommodations were second to none. Very comfortable room.

Pretty good little gym, which I always had to myself.

Very convenient location, particularly if attending a meeting at the Pacifico conference center.

Cons:

No complaints.

I have enjoyed having a public Osen in the hotels that I have gone to which this one didn’t have, but I knew that going in.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

Nice location, easy to commute, clean rooms and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Minor issue: Staff did not advise that there is Keikyu Limousine bus to airport stop at hotel. I took taxi to another stop and boarded bus from there! Had I known that Keilyu bus stops at IHG pier 8, I would have just boarded from there.

おしゃれな空間

Cons:

指定した景色がシテイ側でしたが駐車場が目の前にあり、夜間車を走らせる騒音、午前中は音楽を大きくかけている車がありました
次回は注意深く予約します
しかし
4度目の宿泊はないかもしれませんが
近隣のため気分転換の宿泊泊でした

Good clean hotel in a decent location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant. Room was large (very large in comparison to the usual Japanese hotel rooms) and super comfortable. Lovely breakfast and a good drinks selection. Good location with plenty of facilities, stores and places to eat within easy walking distance. Nearest metro about a 10 minute walk away. A little out of the way in terms of central Yokohama, but a quieter area.

Cons:

Very little. The bar could be open for residents longer (even just for a nightcap).
