Pros:

O tamanho do quarto é excepcionalmente grande. Além de grande a decoração é sobria e adequada. A casa de banho também é muito grande e com uma bonita decoração e funcionalidade assim como uma excelente pressão da água. A insonorização do quarto também é muito boa. Tem frigobar e cofre e um armário com boa arrumação e muitos cabides. Tem também uma varanda de tamanho muito generoso. Muito bom estacionamento privado. A localização do hotel é excelente junto das termas do Carvalhal.

Cons:

A recepção do hotel é muito escura. Faltam espaços para lazer por exemplos jogos. Também não tem jardins circundantes. Não tem piscina exterior .

O quarto apresentava deficiências evidentes de manutenção, segurança e funcionalidade. Existia uma caixa elétrica aberta, sem tampa de proteção, com fios e componentes elétricos expostos, o que representa um risco claro de choque elétrico e não é compatível com as normas básicas de segurança exigidas num estabelecimento hoteleiro.

Adicionalmente, o pavimento encontrava-se danificado, com zonas inchadas, juntas abertas e material descascado, indícios claros de danos causados por humidade ou contacto prolongado com água. Esta situação agravou-se quando, ao tomar banho, a água extravasou da zona do duche e alagou o quarto, molhando o pavimento exterior à casa de banho.
Este facto demonstra uma falha evidente na estanquidade e funcionalidade das instalações, comprometendo o conforto, a segurança e a higiene do espaço.

As condições observadas estão claramente abaixo do padrão mínimo expectável, não correspondendo à qualidade anunciada nem ao valor pago pelo alojamento.
