One member of staff on duty who was doing everything, reception, car parking, bar, and kitchen
Cons:

Didn't partake i breakfast but the menu for the evening was very restricted, my wife found the chicken tikka masala way too spicy and ice cream on the dessert menu was unavailable

Was really dirty, was horrible, bad smell inside the room, the heat didn’t work at all in the room, and he had as a radiator, the walls was wet, nothing good at all!!

Clean, comfortable stay with lovely staff.
Pros:

Great location. The staff ( nice gentleman) was very friendly and attentive.

The shower could do with re siliconing and a new bin as it was rusty.

2 night weekend stay
Pros:

Manager was helpful for a very late check-in (midnight) so we got into our room easily with no issues. Decent shower

Cons:

Only 1 set of towels provided for a booking with 2 guests. I guess we're expected to share? Blood stains over 1 of the pillows left on the bed, in contact with the proper pillow linen. Disgusting. Look like cigarette burn marks in the carpet. No parking nearby. Have to use paid carparks several minutes away.

Pros:

Location and friendliness of staff

Cons:

Confused branding, “boutique hotel” as part of a “sports bar” . lacked attention to detail, some Christmas decorations still up in March, non matching cups in bedroom, one towel for two guests, (more given on request), room not cleaned on second day of stay.

Hotel was fine for the price. Quite a few undesirable drunks inside. Uncomfortable being around them

The room was clean. Poor reception staff no food
Pros:

Although breakfast was advertised in the room and on the site when I asked to book breakfast I was told that they do not do breakfast. Had I known this I would not have booked this hotel. Breakfast was advertised on booking.com
No room cleaning and no topping up of coffee milk and sugar in my room so for the second day of my stay I could not make a drink.

Cons:

No breakfast no cleaning, bed making, topping up of milk coffee, sugar, tea bags. If you needed any help after 9pm you had to phone a mobile number as no one was on site!

Attention hotel situé dans la rue et non dans un parc si on se fie aux photos
Pros:

Il proposer un repas à emporter après en ce qui concerne gustatives, nous avons pas été fan .
Beaucoup trop épicé au stade de ne pouvoir en avoir le goût .

Cons:

Malheureusement je me suis fié à la première photo, ils ont pris leur Hotel depuis le parc qui était en face ceux qui change énormément la situation qui finalement fait le coin de la rue .
