Pros:

Nice room, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, well appointed.

Cons:

I asked for an early check-in and was immediately told that was impossible, without the employee even taking the time to look. I arrived early anticipating waiting in the lobby until 4:00 but instead was given a room right away. So as suspected, the employee just wasnt going to be bothered when I made the initial inquiry. Obviously it worked out fine but it was a bad first impression.
