Pros:

Would have gave 5 stars but the bathroom is a bit awkward tub is porcelain so slippery and just a grab bar at front of tub. Sink counter area was small. Otherwise, rooms were great, clean and roomy, bed comfortable. It was nice to have towels changed, bed made and trash removed each day. The hot breakfast was good, but would have liked a bit more variety, was quiet when we went and we stayed a week. Highly Recommend, we will stay there again.

Pros:

My family and I experienced some delays in our arrival, but the hotel staff was very understanding and friendly. We attended the Formula 1 event and really enjoyed the hotel, the location, and Austin itself. We hope to return.

Cons:

I have no negative comments, everything was excellent, we had no incidents, in fact everything was facilitated in a good way, everything worked well.

Excellent place – I enjoyed every bit of my stay
Pros:

A nice, clean, comfortable and well-maintained hotel in a quiet neighborhood (I could actually take a walk in the evenings). Friendly and helpful staff. Stable and reliable internet connection - good enough for online meetings. Free drinks and snacks 3 evenings a week.

Cons:

Perhaps a few more options on the breakfast menu would help. It kind of got boring after a few days.
