Very friendly and helpful staff. Large quiet rooms. Good choice of TV channels including BBC News !! Nice bathroom. Easy access city centre and railway station but in a quiet residential area.

Beim Check In sollte es in erster Linie um den Gast gehen und dann stört es einfach erheblich, wenn hinter dem Tresen interne Dinge besprochen werden und vor dem Tresen die Gäste warten müssen. Es gab eine Kapselmaschine aber keine Erstausstattung mit Kapseln oder Tee. Das kenne ich aus anderen Hotels besser

決して悪くはないですが、繁華街とは逆側に存在しているので、食事とか買い物には少し不便です。駅から、６－７分ですが、たまたま天気が悪かったので印象が少し悪くなりましたが、きれいで、対応も全く悪くないですよ。
