Kein Ladekabel zur Verfügung nur ein Powerbank gegen Gebühr. Nach wlan password musste wir suchen und unterkunft schreiben.

Good accommodation, spacious, well equipped and quite with firm beds
Pros:

It was quiet, 15 min to Shinjuku. Local convenience shops and supermarket nearby. Subways nearby. Clean, spacious for Japan, washing machine and drying room. Easy to find and good communication.

Cons:

It's not manned, so email communication, but effective. Bed are a little too firm and we have a firm bed.10am check out a little early and 11am would be better. Luggage storage is in the foyer, so not secure. Slightly expensive when compared to accommodation on rest of Japan trip. That could be the area though.

Pros:

Facility is good. There are all necessities to stay and cook.

Cons:

Cleaning is not good. It is dusty and dirty, even they said we do clean. Maybe cleaning staff need to increase cleaning quality. Also, AC is not good, just flows straight, so a bit cold. I couldn't change the flow direction using remote controller.

Cons:

There was never anyone at reception. Anyone could walk into the building no security doors. We had problems getting our room keys and I found staff. She told us our booking isn’t for today only tomorrow. I then showed her my booking and she actually ran away and never came back. The showers were hard to use and often only sprayed water on the floor. The twin room was very small and had no where to open a suitcase. I had to talk to booking.com a lot to arrange my other room key. Was very frustrating I couldn’t have help on site

Comfort in the heart of Shinjuku
Pros:

Such a great apartment. Super convenient location, clean apartment and so comfortable. Washing machine was a huge bonus. It was a huge apartment for Tokyo too.

Cons:

No secure baggage storage

全体的にとても残念な滞在でした。
Pros:

なし。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンの温度が上げられず、とにかく寒かったです。布団もとても不快でした。部屋の鍵は郵便受けに探すのに苦労しましたし、スタッフが常駐しておらず、対応してくれる人もいませんでした。
