Poor customer service.
Cons:

What I paid for was not received, I did not stay there with a late check in after midnight as indicated possible on website. Due to a malfunction of site I was charged twice for a room I did not use and alerted the property and the site immediately yet I was refused a full refund which I still request please.

Quiet, convent stay
Pros:

Excellent, quiet location close to many combinis, restaurants and a supermarket. Walkable to the metro and the centre of Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again.
