Good hotel in the city center.
Very good
Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get.
Hotel staff doesn't speak English, no lobby entrance to elevator. They burned incense everyday and very suffocating. Kitchen wares dirty and cabinet was broken. Housekeeping is good and generous with bottle water.
Bathroom is always flooded with water after bath but they give extra towels.
We paid $7 per day and there was only egg and breads, nothing else. I want my money back for the breakfast that we didn't eat.

This hotel is best option for stay at Hai-Phong city.
Employee so kind of me and try to best communication with me. Hotel clean and Hot water coming no problem 24 hours. I will reservation again soon this hotel.
Victory hotel was very clean with old school charm. Big doors, high ceilings and nicely furnished including big TV. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite
The Vietnamese people are so friendly, and the lady in the breakfast area is our favorite
