Guests who have booked with half-board and who check in after 18:00 must call the property in advance to find out the menu selection.

Guests arriving after 21:00 are kindly requested to call the hotel in advance. The contact details on your booking confirmation.

Please note that baby cots and extra beds are available on request only and must be confirmed by Ferienhotel Schwarzwälder Hof prior to arrival.

Please note that credit cards is only accepted at booking to security. The payment is only accepted at the property in cash or EC (Maestro) card. Credit card for payment is not possible.

In the period from November 1st to December 23rd, 2021, our hotel is only open as a HOTEL Garni. The breakfast area is open from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. Visiting the indoor pool is possible all day. The sauna is only available on-site by prior arrangement. Check-in times or options will be communicated by MAIL prior to arrival. All other adjoining rooms are closed during this time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Un personnel tres professionnel, disponible et aux petits soins. Merci. Belle ambiance. Petits goûter, et vin chaud en soiree inclus, avec ambiance cosy vrai feu de joie en extérieur.
Très bon emplacement au calme entre lacs titisse, schluchsee, et le Felberg.
Rare : Un espace piscine-welness ouvert 24h sur 24, et très correct.

Cons:

L hôtel est un peu vieux, mais très propre. Nul doute que les nouveaux jeunes propriétaires vont faire évoluer au fur et a Mesure. Les bases sont bonnes.
Merci pour le séjour. Et même en français..

Pros:

Большая кровать, удобный матрас.
Вечерами на трассе разводили костер, это придает немного романтики

Cons:

Старый ковролин, плохо закрывалась входная дверь,
У нас был полупенсион, так вот ужин был очень слабым звеном, одно горячие и суп , так что стоит подумать брать ли питание в этом отеле

Pros:

Die Lage war angenehm. Personal sehr freundlich. Freundlichkeit konnte nicht die Mangel uber decke.

Cons:

Es war kalt im Zimmer wie auch im Essbereich. Wellness Bereich ist zur Hälfte defekt. Essen war gerade so OK. Es gab noch viel mehr Mangel. Hab mir mein Weekend anders vorgestellt.

Gute Zeiten gehabt, konnten Sauna kostenlos benutzen und Pool

Sehr nette Leute, könnten gut alles erklären, das Essen war super,das gute war die Feuerschale und jeden Abend Glühwein.

Amazing stay and great value considering location and 24hr sauna!!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help. We even got a free upgrade to our room. So happy for the service and sauna was great as is 24 hours so your able to go in whenever you want attached to the room key.

Cons:

Pool was ok but could have been warmer.

Am ersten Tag war keine Heizung an, es war kalt. Frühstück in der Pension ohne Personal, alternativ 200 m im Hotel. Dort war das Frühstück besser

Schwimmbad und Sauna riechen unangenehm, im Ruhebereich ist es sehr kalt, das ganze Haus ist insgesamt sehr kalt, gefrorener Kuchen zum Kaffee, altes Zimmer
